We're now into the 6th week since the reformatted IBFS was submitted to Tanesco. LC stated final commercial discussions were expected to conclude expeditiously so we can't be too far away now, presuming the goalposts aren't moved (again).

It has also been over 2 weeks since the SML update in which LC stated the required updates would be submitted by 2nd Aug.

Very true, but a choice of jobs for citizens of your country plus a 10% holding in an entity when you have contributed absolutely nothing OR a long drawn out process of potentially losing that 10% and not enabling jobs for citizens of your country doesn’t seem like a hard choice to me. Either way, PREM can’t control it so let’s see what happens. On the bright side, GR has been direct on this and action either way will be forthcoming.

Getting a placing away at a whopping 25% Premium is quite an achievement. You don’t turn down institutional investors especially when they are offering 5.25p. The SP reaction worries me, a bounce towards placing price is the norm on AIM but we haven’t seen that here...yet?

The question was asked and then GR was accused of not dealing with the question. He then returned to the topic and said they wouldnt be committing to a firm date for this and it was not a preferred option

GR made it clear in the webinar that the winding up of RHA subsidiary was not the preferred course of action. PREM expect the equity situation to be resolved amicably (the proposal has "found favour" and awaits sign-off from the President). GR was simply commenting on the setup of the current deal i.e. PREM have security over the tenements at RHA.

@Micro, not sure where the 2 week time window post-elections came from - GR did not state this on the call?
