Were the months of trolling worth it Heid?
This was never in doubt. How do you feel having embarrassed yourself endlessly on here? Any word from KS who "had the votes" to win ππππππππ
I'd love to see it as it'd be further endorsement of external interest in WN however I'd be just as happy for RBD and UJO to stump up what's required in return for even greater exposure - just get it drilled already
How exactly would KS propose to progress WN quicker than SS can? I haven't heard a single word from KS on how he would do that. If anything a full board refresh would delay things. Even more worrisome is talk of reviews by the requisitioners on past decisions - again delays. And even more worrying is the clash of interests between KS and Daybreak - he owns 40% of Daybreak so clearly needs it to succeed - there's every chance he'd funnel RBD money away from WN and into Daybreak.
Of course they have a relationship with Shell - you don't see many junior players selling assets to supermajors. Check out the Humber H2ub project... I'm sure Shell would be more that interested in an abundance of Gas underneath their feet onshore UK.
The key to WN progressing is Rathlin obtaining funding. Watch this space.
Uggy I think a lot of genuine holders would feel the same re no divi + expedited progress at WN. On S&S - they identified, funded and progressed WN to the point we are at today and the next Hz well is the company maker/breaker so I'm happy to see them at the helm until that point. They also have the relationship with Shell which will hopefully come in handy on a success case.....
Agreed they've sunk a lot of Β£ into projects but for me WN is and always has been the company maker. I couldn't care less about Daybreak - it's irrelevant when compared with WN or CS. I would like to hear more info on both of these assets - hopefully SS put out some follow on media/investor Q&A sessions over the next few weeks.
On the contrary, no dividend and progress at WN would likely be better for all. Except Kamran who owns 40% of Daybreak which is essentially a stale asset RBD have mothballed. I wonder where all that Shell money would go if he and Cattanea (who tried and failed to buy into Daybreak) were at the helm hrmmmmm. I shudder at the thought.
So to summarise Kamran's 3 step plan for RBD:
1. Half exec pay. That's going to save us a 'whopping' 350k a year. As RBD stated with hard figures - current salaries are in line with or well below the majority of our peers. Sad fact of life - AIM CEOs 'take the michael' with salaries - get over it.
2. Bring in expertise that can drive shareholder value. Introducing Cattanea as CEO is not introducing expertise. Look at his performance as CEO of Zenith - abysmal. Also look at the salary he enjoys for delivering that abysmal performance - I wonder if he's willing to walk away and take a 50%+ reduction in wages 'for the good of shareholders' in RBD. Hrmmm. Whilst on the topic of Zenith - what are the current chairman and CEO going to do if they are voted onto the board of RBD? After all Kamran is fervently against 'overboarding'. I don't see too many ZEN holders concerned that their current chairman and CEO are off galavanting wasting time trying to steal control of another listed entity - that speaks volumes.
3. Return Β£3mil to shareholders via dividend. So to win votes they are promising returning LESS cash to investors than the current board are. All whilst we have several stagnant assets that require cash injections. I question why ANY cash is being returned to shareholders when the portfolio is crying out for further capital investment.
Replacing bad with worse is not exactly a prudent solution in my eyes. Happy to hear (sensible) views to the contrary.
Did I just read Kamran Sattar tried to flog his reabold requisition website domain to Reabold for Β£100,000?!

Good morninggggggg trollers!
Another day another announcement for RBD! Unfortunately for the trolls it's not the one they're after - so much progress being made of late I sometimes forget there's a merry band of proven value destroyers hoping to steal the reins and do an even worse job than SS.
That's us hit the 26.1% mark of LNEnergy ownership. Interesting split between cash payment (now that we're awash with cash) and share issue - done once again at a MASSIVE 50%+ premium to current share price. Poor requisioners diluted again you're gonna need to get the wallets out!!
Great to read locals are now also onside at Colle Santo. Fantastic progress made in such a short time - only a few eco zealots and Heid Hayhurst wanting to see this fail now.
Viva RBD!

Hello Heid Hayhurst happy Friday to you whats the stagnant Colle Santo deramp of the day?!
To be fair I was calling this a buy in the .08s so not impeccable timing by Mrs Oza but more than welcome all the same! An impressive chunk of the company bought up which surely paves the way for S&S to get on with the job and prove up West Newton.
It's an open market - anyone (EVEN YOU) can buy at .11p and join us in the ride back to .4p! Making profit is not a crime ;)
Viva RBD!
Happy Friday resident derampers!!!
I see the Oza squad have been buying up a significant chunk of the company at knock down prices - a fantastic show of support for RBD and fully aligns super sachin with shareholders - EXCELLENT!
I dare say thats the final nail in the coffin (AGAIN) for the rookie requisitioners!
Viva RBD!
Plenty agenda's on here that's for sure - anyone remotely bullish on RBD from .08's get's drowned to death with all the usual AIM deramps.
Bittersweet day for me as a holder - great to see a whopping Β£5mil cash injection but devastating to know that moniman and co are going to have to continue flooding this board with incessant deramping as the worm starts to turn for RBD.
A nice tick in the box... what's up next I wonder... anyone for a rathlin funding update to really get the needle moving

Hopefully a few reflect on the utter nonsense they've been posting the past few weeks.
Viva RBD
Let's hope the crypto transfer was completed at some point today.
Decent finish to the week with a couple of decent buys to shore things up... a bit of consolidation after a storming run higher off the lows.
Lots of (expected) negativity on this board off the back of a confidence-boosting Colle Santo RNS - Italy full steam ahead with their reformed energy policy but still the 'noisy' on here can't see the wood for the trees.
Looking forward to hearing from S&S next week - pre xmas showdown vote on the way!
Wael Sawan standing outside his local Barclays branch with a suitcase stuffed full of Β£5 notes destined for RBD's coffers.
Delivery to RBD can't be made until next week as the suitcase doesn't fit in S&S's lambo's boot!
