Yes we have been in this position on a number of occasions. The tell tale for me will be the number of buys at the bell and how the SP lies then!!
If there’s a flurry of buys at the bell we know somethings afoot. Otherwise it’s sit back with more patience.

@DrMicho, I’d prefer a vertical take of than something landing:). Not sure if this is just MM business or something is brewing!!
Could be a number of things otherwise:-
New CEO
Fertiliser news
Volz news
Notts machine
Contract award
Or like I said earlier just MM business
Closing in fast on ARB high gains!!!
It does seem like a leak!!! Unbogging my chariot this!!! Could it be a big contract?
@Benny-Hill, very grateful for your efforts and every little bit of info helps. Plus you had a good time in the process:).
Ignore those that ask you to provide more, they can do it themselves if it’s that important.
Good luck next week all.
@kitzie, no offence taken, like you hopefully I’m here with an ethical investment to help save lives and make a few Bob.
I despair at the present situation but concerned also at the decision process to deal with it in a fully organised methodical way. Let’s face it we should have got a grip with the borders at the right time to stop the Delta coming here. I saw it coming as border control is a farce.
Ref Innova, any sensible person would trash it but wait it’s repacked so your unaware of the contents.
This deception stems from the top. The FDA didn’t muck around making their views public about substandard rubbish. So if Innova is only 57% effective it’s pretty much flip a coin and pick heads or tails instead!!
The answer to the problem is a common sense approach.
If your pinged you take a gold standard LFT each day for ten days. If your clear each day you go back to work or go to school. If your positive you stay home for ten days.
Is that a logical approach to stay safe and keep the economy going?
There needs to be support for those that are self employed that test positive and isolate for ten days or some will ignore as they need the money!!
They key factor here is gold standard testing to remove doubt and improve safety.
Minor correction for the above. It should read sensitivity and specificity. Stay safe.
@ Troublesome, it beggars belief in my book. It’s wreckless, knowingly endangering lives and allowing more daily deaths.
Part of the problem is the inaccuracy of the Innova LFT allowing more spread knowing it’s specifity and specifity is in question as per the FDA not authorising it’s use and classed basically as not fit for purpose. Yet the U.K. continue to administer its use with extensions!!!
I have read a lot of scientists reports and the conclusion I gather from them is this:- The more infections are allowed to persist the greater the freedom for the virus to mutate. It is unclear at present if the mutations will continue to be more deadly or mutations will spread with a lesser harmful resistance. If we do not specifically know the answer to this then why open up with such ferocity with protection now left in the hands of the individual. That in itself will cause social unrest either in micro incidents or on a larger scale, having no law to back up those that want more safety, especially the elderly and vulnerable. For example the thousands of cancer patients.
I recently put up a post ref antibody immunity starting to wane, especially the Astra Zeneca vaccinations. The government are in talks with scientists now about a booster for Delta variant. They are only discussing at present. We all know too well how long it takes to vaccinate the population once a decision is made. I fear this will not only be too late for the winter season but new variants will be in circulation at that point!!
In conclusion the government are testing our population on a herd infect policy as they feel the population is sufficiently vaccinated.
Letting this rip is a monumental failure of our leadership for a number of reasons, personal protection is optional, LFT testing is not all gold standard and British companies are left by the wayside. Long Covid could be a huge problem for the health service, the individuals and companies that lose talent. The ping alerts are causing mayhem from the top down and causing huge issues.
This decision on Freedom day has not been thought through now at the cost of thousands of lives over the next few weeks. The Freedom day is for the virus!
Antibody levels are declining 10 weeks after 2nd vaccination. Levels much lower in Az vaccinated.

Masks will be worn with certain airlines.
Major airlines are holding firm on their policy to continue mask wearing on flights, as the UK relaxes its official social distancing and mask guidelines on 19 July.
British Airways (IAG.L), Ryanair (RYA.L), Wizz Air (WIZZ.L), and Easyjet (EZJ.L) all said they would continue enforcing wearing masks as a requirement for travel.
Last week, the government said quarantine-free travel is set to resume on 19 July for fully vaccinated passengers returning from amber list countries.
The advice states that arrivals who have been fully vaccinated with an NHS administered vaccine in the UK (plus 14 days), or are on a formally approved UK vaccine clinical trial, returning to England from amber list countries will no longer need to quarantine.
Passengers will need to provide proof of their vaccination status to carriers in advance of travel.
Health secretary Sajid Javid also said on Monday that although legal requirements on face coverings were being lifted, they were "expected and recommended" in crowded indoor areas
The current wave of UK coronavirus infections is not expected to peak before mid-August, and could mean between 1,000 and 2,000 hospital admissions a day, government scientists said.
"While we keep our policies under constant review, the safety of our customers and colleagues is always our priority, and we have no immediate plans to change our mask policy," a BA spokesperson said. "We will continue to take advice and guidance from all the appropriate authorities."

"Wizz Air confirms that face masks will remain mandatory onboard its aircraft for the full duration of its flights. The safety, health and wellbeing of passengers and crew is the airline’s number one priority,” a spokesperson said.
Extra staff to be recruited by the NHS in Scotland for testing.
An extra 100 workers have been brought in to help Scotland's Test and Protect system as it deals with a recent spike in Covid cases.
The Scottish Health Secretary Humza Yousaf said a deal had been reached with Barrhead Travel, through the government's commercial partner Ascensos, to supply the additional people.
Scotland's contact tracing system's performance had failed to meet the World Health Organization (WHO) standard of 80% in late June and early this month.
It only managed to reach 65.1% of infected people's close contacts within 72 hours in the week ending on 27 June, and 73.1% the following week.
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has acknowledged contact times "fell below" the desired level but said changes were being made to speed up the process.
These include greater use of text message notifications and digital self-tracing forms.
Yousaf said he was confident performance was already improving, with the system "contacting unprecedented numbers of people" in recent weeks.

@21ATS, yes it’s footfall, football is a great game but over the years governments have used it as control of the masses to distract from the real issues. Cynical maybe, so now to get popularity back on track BJ is announcing a bank holiday if we win the World Cup. Why? Is it for the benefit of supporters or to create confidence in support for him?
Just realised porks beat me to the guardian link. Anyway I think this will have rather a lot of relevance to us. We have they keys to unlock. Sadly the whole unlocking process is knee jerk. Back to fire fighting after allowing virus to spread and give it the footfall openly to mutate.
To run a bath one must know where the plug hole is and how to utilise it. If only this government knew how to run a Bath!!! They either can’t fit the plug or let the Bath overflow.
Amongst all this chaos we might now get a lot more business. It’s not what I’d like in the way it’s handled as I would have preferred a staged approach out of lockdown, methodical, logical and safe.
Time British companies were recognised by this government over foreign investment!!!
From the Guardian ref PCR testing.

Ed Davey sounds the most rational person to me? I was a Tory but given up with that shower. Yes it’s a tough job. They know the responsibilities such as war and economy.
@Orangutan, thanks, I meant life is cheap here. He knows about cost of living but same will happen here soon when inflation can’t be held down. It’s bursting to move!!! Let’s hope this stock burst north back to its double figures !!
