This share, unlike a lot of companies is not really market driven and is very dependant on news flow - good news = increase...bad news or no news = differing speed of decrease. Buy on the dips and sell on the rises.....or in a lot of cases here, just hold for the cure for cancer....then sell and buy a Ferrari!! LoL!!

That's right - AGM's have to follow set agenda's of which the directors have in advance (7 days i think) and (usually!) only said agenda points are up for discussion of which is minuted and any resolutions passed or not by voting... i expect certain people will get an agreed pay rise...that sort of thing...they really are a bit dull IMO

There is an AGM coming up at the beginning of June lessons learnt suggest that the company will release important news only to be covered at said meeting. And that’s just COVID-19 response which is just a beneficial side play this company is going to cure cancer!!!!!!! That’s insanely massive however good luck with your decision and how you play things out
