I agree sunny, they will know that GST are looking at multiple of todays SP. Which is why they they want skin in the game, and also will only benefit from the partnership and get more exposure and clients. Boosting further growth

I agree billy on the bigger picture its not alot for what we have got, but wouldnt send a great message is what i mean when i say that. Issuing shares to them now at this level when results are due soon and big things happening with legislation and sandbox due which im sure would boast the SP allowing for a lower dilution would be much better. If they did issue them now it would suggest either that they dont see the SP improving soon or there is a personal benefit. Im pretty sure though jack bai is aware of this though, he made the decision to cancel the CLN as it wasnt benefical for the SP so im expecting him to view this the same.

They can be issued sooner billy. If both parties agree, but would be very disappointed if they did it now at this price.

I personally think the BOD haven’t said anything yet because the sandbox consultion only finished on the 29th may and until the feedback has been presented and everything finalised, they can’t say weather they will apply or not. Also the stablecoin legislation hasn’t been released so don’t know how authorisation will work and whether they are fully compliant. But they are probably closer than anyone to getting there having gone through innovations pathway programme

Nic the DSS isn’t open yet but will be very soon. Hoping GST are in the first cohort and lead the way for setting the regulations in the uk for stablecoins

Massive I asked the FCA this and they said there is no expectation for them to disclose thier next step. That is up to the business, but they wouldnt tell me if they were still on or have finished the programme.

You can’t be rejected from the innovation pathway. It is not a win or lose pathway, it’s a support programme, the FCA told me that not all firms that go through innovation pathway come out with an action. It is guidance to help firms achieve thier regulatory goal for what ever next step they chose to make. So imho they have finished a now wait for the next step, I’m hoping it’s the DSS or they are waiting foe legislation to be passed and go straight to authorisation. The DSS is the best next step

To file a dormant account 6 months early for no reason wouldn’t be keen it would be a waste of time. If that was one of the thing he/she tackled in their early appointment it wouldn’t be good! It’s been done for a reason I’m sure of it. Got to be something relating to Gs fintechs stablecoins plan, just have to wait and see but can only speculate at this point.

An accountant wouldnt file dormant accounts this early, the Directors must have requested this to happen now, They are the ones who have to authorise and sign it. Still believe some is a foot but we will see.

You might be right billy, but they didnt need to file those accounts until the end of the year. They are usually late when it comes to these things which is why its strange
