Yes Bfd is right and the semnet costs are all included apart from the last bit 4 months from completion and shares issuance, in accounts. We will find out if it is all worth while in the interims in December.

That’s how I’m reading it yes, like I said you weigh it out and I believe the upside is greater than the down side. To be fair on the original RNS for semnet aquisition they did say this was going to happen but didn’t know cost, I think this deal was known about at aquisition and semnet needed Gst in order to help fund the contract, it’s massive exposure for a company turning over 5.5million.

Semnet had a turnover of US$5.55 million and reported profit before tax of approximately US$0.23 million for financial year end 30 September 2023. The subsidiary's assets and liabilities as at 31 March 2024 were US$1,069,981 and US$914,611 respectively.

Fair value of net identifiable assets at the date of acquisition amounted to US$115,105 resulting in goodwill on acquisition of US$1,723,270.

The goodwill is attributable to high profitability of the acquired business and the significant synergies expected to arise after the acquisition.

There is only one major thing I didn’t like was that semnet actually cost double once they accessed its assets, which was mentioned in the accounts, but that leads me to believe it’s going to be making a huge amount more money and validates the contract more for me.

Chaebol do what you feel you need to. If people don’t like the company in the way it operates then selling may be the only option for you. I still firmly believe the upside potential far outweighs the downside.

And chaebol yes there are a fair few bad things I also don’t like about the company. But when I weigh up the good parts and thier potential to rapidly impact and increase the SP then it’s outweighed for me. I’ll be honest there aren’t many companies that have got all these things right so I do let them slide but overall when I look at the sp at these levels, I believe there is more upside potential than downside.

If he said to you don’t repeat this conversation then that would suggest that he is supplying you with information that he’s not allowed to which as Bfd said is against the law. He can not tel you something that he can’t say to all of us. That number you have given no one ever answers it. Just called it now, no answer. The only place I would say you would be bound by information provide would be perhaps the FCA or if you have tied yourself into an NDA, but if your just an investor having a conversation that Tone goh has no idea who you are of if your even invested, would give you information he wouldn’t give the anyone else just doesn’t sound right. If it’s true you spoke to him, really hope you didn’t waste the opportunity. 3 questions I would have asked, what do the 24hour numbers on gs20 represent, will they enter the DSS and is GS money blockchain running. All those would double the SP if they were answered.

What country do you live in? Not everyone can use that exchange at the moment, it’s only available in certain countries.
