Just got the report from Bizfile today, so there are 150k shares in sement.

GST own 100k

Ong Siew Phek owns 35k (still the same)

Lam Pek san owns 15k (still the same)

For anyone thinking semnet was an inside job, Jack Bais wife actually didnt sell any of her stock in Semnet nor to lam pek san. there were two other owners Choo Seet ee who owned 80k shares and Mervyn who had 20k shares. GST bought out their shares and Jack Bais wife and Lam didnt sell any of theirs.

Who knows sunney, they are more prepared now than they have ever been for a sandbox. They always say when referencing the stablecoins re another sandbox entry and with authorisation not a priority, the only sandbox now suited to them is the DSS.

I wouldn’t pay too much attention to the price of coal, the volume is the important bit, when that’s high and consistent then we will know something is happening. It’s a shame jack bai didn’t get it onto more exchanges

They just need to get it out the way now. I’m no longer bothered now at what price they are issued but it is something people are mindful of. At least it’s not like a placing and are being sold to market on issuance.

There are many angles that can be looked at on this. But ultimately, there are more shares in stickey hands. Imho that is a good thing. As I always say it will come out in the wash soon enough.

My view is, jack bais wife was a 50/50 owner of wise mpay when the collaboration started. So the issue of shares to them meant they both had an interest. I think the aquisition of semnet was something that jack wanted to do all along but finances was the issue, hence why payment of semnet was done in stages and once the company was able to generate more revenue. They could have paid for all of semnet in cash (could easily have raised enough money). But jack and his wife wanted GST shares and they knew they would be more valuable in the future. Could be viewed as a bit underhanded but for me I see it as they are aware of the growth this company will see.

Maybe, but I see it as more people with skin in the game. Just highlights more to me that the company will be sold and probably at a much higher price than it is today.

Also, when I payed for wise mpays accounts (they own 100million shares in Gst) is shows jack bai and his wife Ong siew pheK (who’s owns 23.33% of semnet now) own wise mpay 50/50. So therefore when semnet get shares from the GST jack bais wife will own a large amount of shares in GST. Also lam pek san who owns the remaining 10% is shares of semnet is company secretary to wise mpay. I think they all want more skin in this game and know that GST is going to a who new level.

So basically jiffy I think it’s trading COAL but their public API doesn’t display the figures on GS20.

Don’t know jiffy if I’m honest, if I was to guess, the API that GS20 use doesn’t get the data for COAL transactions. I’ve not seen it on their public key so that is the best guess I have.

At the moment not a lot unless the liquidity in coal shows continued improvement. If the company want to liquidate all the 100million coal they have (or more if they have been staking it all this time) they would tank the price and not get back the value they originally received. The liquidity is too low to be able to sell it all. Hopefully when the coalculus chain expands and is used more widely through GSTechnologies gs money ledger via GS fintech the value and liquidity of coal will increase and we will be adding value on the coal held. At the moment it means very little, but I like to keep an eye on it as the coalculus platform is the concrete a lot of our systems are built on.
