This explains a bit re non executive and their exposure to information. Incase people assume no news due soon.

He may well have bought more, it took 5 hours to notify the market, then when the RNS came liquidity shot up, so he could have bought more and we will find out Tuesday.

You may be right, but he is a non executive director so may not be privey to all information. There could be news sooner than you think

Maybe AHS, but technically he wouldn’t be on all the board meetings. The role of a non executive is slightly different to an executive. But I’d like to think he’s had a sneak peak on what’s going on.

Chris is a non executive director so he can buy shares now as he may not know about the other parts of the business. Gs fintech may well have something coming which the other directors will know about. Angra is his bag. I think and I’ve said it before that gs fintech is coming soon and we may see some news on a sandbox application. I personally think that they have enough skin in the game but Shayne and galvin could buy more but they are heavily in on the blockchain side and so perhaps haven’t been able too. But just speculation on my part.

Clearly no other major holders wanted to part with their shares like garies so he’s had to go to open market.

He’s buying them on the open market though, there isn’t enough liquidity for him to buy 10s of millions. We will see James over the course of the next few days if he has continued buying. But didn’t expect him to be able to buy huge amounts straight away.

He must be putting in more than that, can see more coming from him soon.

They are just going to keep going and adding value, they will keep acquiring new business and have already said they are looking for more. The businesses are all growing organically and are being enhanced further.

If you just forget it all apart from the fivefold increase in revenue H2 due to Angra global and gs20 of 1.22millon. Then they said Q1 2025 saw ‘substantial’ increases in revenue so that tells me further growth than the 1.2million and means that the net loss was only 310k. Then when you add semnet and nothing else we will be profit making and 11milllon mcap will seem crazy. Imho anyone buying at these levels Is almost guaranteed to make at least double their money by interims. But imho it will be bags more.

The share price has hardly moved since the beginning of this month, look at the sp on the 1st august and then now. This notion that the SP is dropping day by day is ridiculous. I might not be going up, but it’s certainly not dropping day by day.

GST have still accounted for it’s value in their accounts as it’s still considered a digital asset but it means very little at this stage.

Chaebol COAL is a utility coin. Not a trading coin ie it’s mainly used to pay for good and sevices through the blockchain Ie GS MONEY app and Gsend when it’s released. It’s not going to do much until the blockchain through gs fintech is fully operational. When it’s up and running I see it smashing all time highs. The reason why coal isn’t on many exchanges is because it’s not designed as a trading coin. If people want to buy it, they will be buying it to use on gs money platform.

Sunny, put it this way. There is not a single company of the 19 who originally expressed interest last year have named themselves. I’ve searched the web for months for one company expressing interest, not one I could find. The FCA has clearly told all parties interested are to say nothing. I do feel we will get a surprise.

What I will say Wayne is they have never been the company that gives out the information that people need. I have had to accept that and do the digging myself, I’ve come to terms with way they operate and accept the way they run the business in terms of PR. I personally still have huge conviction even with that and I urge again as hard as it is for people to focus on the detail they have provided in their annual report and prospectus, it will dampen any angst you have.

Wayne completely understand the frustration with the current sp, it’s not reflecting the potential. But try to look and focus on the potential which will come out later in the year. If you need the money you have in now then I agree it will be tough, but if you don’t need it I personally believe by the end of the year you will be looking at a healthly portfolio. There is not much to see at the moment.
