It’s is unlikely they will disclose either I’m afraid. Some aquisitions they let you know the cost some they don’t. There is an option to purchase agreement in place for easysend, the details of that are unknown. If allotment of shares are involved with that purchase then the company will have to let shareholders know of the details but seeing as no details have been announced im assuming the 60% is being paid for in cash. But just a pure assumption on my part regarding that.

I do agree with a lot of what you have said Kat, the issue is as you say is there isn’t much of a timeline. So perhaps investors are looking at other opportunities in the mean time. I certainly expect a massive difference in price coming up to the interims based on what was said in the annual report but the company have left it to anyone’s guess regarding next news. I’m personally happy with the hold and fully prepared for any swinging in the SP down or up believing the picture end of the year will be incredibly different or even sooner. Just depends on whether people want to play share roulette and throw their money around to different shares if they believe they have more short term potential. I’d rather not risk it personally, it very rarely pans out when people do that.

It is strange that they bought the exact same percentage of the company and also the same price basically.

And when Malcom bought those shares on the 1st of feb 2021 two days later on Wednesday they announced the below

He also bought at the point the exact same interest in the company 0.08% when he bought the million. Is that all you think they were allowed to buy?

Is it also just coincidence that Malcom got his shares for a similar price, almost the same.

I feel like they want to tell us but can’t whether it be FCA related or something else, applications for a sandbox or authorisation in other jurisdictions. If you think about it they haven’t said anything about it for basically a whole year. There’s no way they left that on the side table.

So are they running the blockchain stablecoins nodes in other jurisdictions and what does that mean? The blockchain and GS fintech have been doing something globally and it’s a 30 times increase on the 20k from the previous year unless the majority of the sales is semnet. Why are they so quiet about it? Can everyone email Tim and ask, I’ve been trying to get it out of him for weeks, the more pressure we put on them the more likely we will get an answer.

Kat he was buying them on the open market, who have you seen has managed to buy 15million or even 10million in one go? There was no liquidity to buy that number until after the RNS was released for the buys he made 5 hours earlier. We will see on Tuesday if he bought more.

His non executive pay does reflect I would imagine how often he attends board meetings and clearly is heavily involved in the running of the business, far more than Malcolm grout

At first I thought 60k was his whole salary but reading more it’s just his no executive pay. He will be being paid as Angra CEO. If he was to become an executive director (full time board member and party to the whole business) then that would be his full salary. This is probably why he took a non executive role because they probably couldn’t pay him the salary required as it would likely be more than everyone on there.

The lords salary is only shown as non executive pay. We don’t know what he is earning through Angra as CEO but I imagine he’s getting a pretty decent salary.
