Agreed but it’s not unknown in the market. I’m only speculating obviously but I believe at lot more can be said but hasn’t been. This is the only way I can see it, but either way in order for all of that to happen we will need a large SP push and I feel it’s going to be a big one. As you say depends on the appetite of holders to wait till then, but can’t see much else in the market that shows a better short term opportunity than here

I think they do but are saving the news for later in the year, so as to create liquidity for when the semnet shares are issued, if the ex director wants to sell them all. As 80% are going to one who is just acting as a consultant for semnet, 1 million dollars will be a lot to get through if he does decide to sell. The other director who will be getting 20% of those shares is the sales director of semnet working with galvin bai and may not be as keen to sell but who knows.

Red interims are December 3 months from now.

Perhaps but he is a NED so hes not necessarily always held in a closed period as he isnt on all the board meetings and party to every part of the business.

Agreed chaebol it’s not right, but again you either believe there is enough substance to see the Sp raise with what we do know, or you don’t. I think you do see the SP increasing personally but as frustrating as it is you may have to accept a wait til interims. Which personally I believe is worth waiting for

Agreed but this isn’t new information, I guess you can either chose to accept what they are doing and believe that the business is progressing without regular communication from the company or not believe them and move on. I and many of other accept this is unlikely to change but I believe that the five fold revenue increase will be continued into the interims with what is known at present. I’ll still try and get the answers for things I want to know and if I get a response it’s a bonus, but otherwise I accept the wait until interims if that’s when we get everything we hope to hear.

There is an adjustment being made to their API is the only thing i can assume, as their API link isnt loading.

Could be many things but ive not seen the API link down ever, we will find out soon im sure.

They could have issued 800 million since last AGM kat but they didnt, just because they asked for 800 million doesnt mean they will issue 800 million as shown in the last year.

If im honest, i just dont see many other opportunities like this, the LSE can be very difficult to trade. Most peoples luck doesnt usually pay off, some can get lucky with a few but overall, this stock is a no brainer for the last quarter of this year. Lets be honest, in the world of stocks thats not a long time at all.

Kat they did cancel the CLN due to the affect it was having on the SP so i dont think they arent bothered by the SP, however this time round there is a deal on the table, I think once those shares are alloted and we head into interims, completion of Easysend ETC, any SP that we hit at that point will be dwarfed.

The latest the semnet shares can be issued is the 29th November. The extension of easysend is til the 30th November, could be just coincidence but I what are others thoughts?.

Bfd I agree but there has to be only two reasons for shares to be allotted on the 9 month anniversary. One is that at the time the deal was made the company either thought the SP was too low at the time and wanted the SP to be higher so as to allot few shares, if this was the case then I don’t believe they have done enough to increase the SP. Or perhaps the SP was too high and they needed 9 months to get it to a level acceptable to the ex directors of semnet. Buy jack obviously has to be very careful about this, and letting it run the end of the 9 months looks better. Just speculation obviously but I simply can’t understand why more hasn’t been said when clearly there is huges amounts going on in terms of partnerships etc. I would have screamed about clearbank as that gave Angra global access to a huge number of extra currencies.

It did stand out to me in their accounts when they allotted just a single paragraph to the GS fintech/blockchain business, whereas in their entire prospectus this takes up half of their overall business plan. Just seems so underplayed even with the other businesses doing substantially well. Coupled with the Blockchain reporting revenue in the annual accounts and Tim telling me detail i want is something you would normally see in account and that not being reported perhaps tells me it could be in the next accounts, being the interims.

They haven't specified that so im guessing that is not going to be the case. However like ive said i feel there is more to the semnet deal regarding the allotment of shares than we have been told, as there is so much they could have said to boost the SP (clearbank, GS20) and so little they have said on other parts like GS Fintech and the blockchain/stablecoin side of the business that ive been chasing Tim for an answer on for around 6-7 weeks now.

All will definitely be revealed in the interim's but i feel people from the market probably see this as well.

It will take 3 months for the deal to complete through the FCA, if admittance of shares are part of that deal they will have to notify shareholders before they make an appplication to the FCA. but seeing as the deal has been extended to the end of november they may wait until the new share that will be admitted to the market via semnet have been sorted so that the ex director of semnet has liquidity to trade them into. If the shares are admitted to the market during low liquidity and he decides to sell them then it could be very painful on the SP.
