Bfd perhaps but when the acquisitions was announced they new it would complete in two months and then said that on the 9 month anniversary the shares would have to be admitted. So almost a year, on completion they we legally bound (ie two months) so irrespective of anything they had to pay and complete. If there were performance criteria’s then completing before they were met wouldn’t have made sense imho. I get your thinking but personally don’t think we will know until the end of November which is the latest they can be admitted. I do think the whole deal is holding up the SP, it would be nice to know what the ex owners intentions are with the shares when they are given them. I’ve sent the major recipient a message on LinkedIn to see if he intends to sell or hold his shares, haven’t had a response and doubt I will get one, but can only try!

I think what Kat means Bfd is they could have just issued the shares straight away but they didn’t they left them to be issued a year later which must have been for a particular reason.

Kat the only upside is that jack probably knows this and believe even with the dilution it’s acceptable as he knows that in the end the SP it going to be way higher. I don’t think he would have agreed to it unless he thought that in the end it was going to be a drop in the ocean compared to where the company will be, especially come results end of the year.

Kat, I slightly agree with Semnet but ALL shares are going to the ex owners. GST will not benefit at all, my only thought is that the EX owners didn’t want to sell the business, therefore Jack had to offer them shares as they didn’t have all the cash at the time and probably agreed for them to be issued at a certain price (hand shake agreement) but that’s pure speculation from my part. can’t understand the companies lacks of news other than that really. But GST not Jack Bais wife or anyone at GST benefit from it.

I’m not personally expecting much tomorrow. All resolutions will be passed and businesses as usual. But who knows, could get a surprise, but going by history they haven’t historically announced anything else.

And it’s 4-5 weeks to make a decision on entrance to the DSS, 4 months before they can carry out trading activities.

Just need of an application would have this flying. Here’s to hoping they put in for the first cohort.

You are right, I also have to accept that GST is his client who pays him to filter all the stuff from investors and act as guard to the BOD. I know he’s going to do everything in the best interest of the BOD and not the SP, depending on what questions are asked. Of which I know the questions I’m asking are very sensitive to a degree but not anything that haven’t already mentioned in their RNS/annual report, I just want him to break it down.

I don’t blame him if I’m honest as he wants to keep his clients and giving them as little hassle as possible is how he does that.

I will continue to say this, the more people that email Tim the better. Funnily enough enki I email the same thing. I’ve not had a response either, but the more people emailing him then when he speaks to the BOD he will have to tell them about the feed back from investors, if people aren’t emailing Tim in my opinion they have no reason to be upset. Like I said, I email him daily and everyone should do the same if they want to apply pressure on the business.
