My opinion with it as well jiffy is if it were that simple and been out for that long then Angra fx would have been well prepared for questions. But they weren’t, they actually said it was nothing to do with them and claimed it was a ‘broker’ even though it is directly linked to everything below.

Advertises the uk business, and I’ve only seen it yesterday. Angraglobal can’t be operated in the UK due its blockchain and stablecoin function from what I understand.

I don’t see any reason for Angrafx to have any part of the implementation process. If you call angra fx tomorrow jiffy they will explain to you.

They both have separate accounts and those are consolidated in the annual reports.

Call up Angrafx, they will deny its anything to do with them. Even though it’s a copy of Angra global and has their name plastered all over it and say it’s a ‘broker’, dig enough with them and you might even get a call from Chris.

Rich pickings, this site cannot be operated in the uk with out a crypto asset license OR unless it is entered into a sandbox with the relevant authority. I don’t think this is a plan B, I think this is something else completely.

It’s massive BFD, there is only two ways they can offer those services currently in the UK. One as a registered cryptoasset business or through the DSS sandbox! Angra fx trading under Angra limited on the FCA website doesn’t allow for this at the moment so I can only assume something is coming!!

They are advertising blockchain usage and changing USDT (tether stablecoin) to fiat currencies!

If that’s the case and they are launching this in the UK this is MASSIVE

The shares aren’t a placing as a placing is when a company goes to market for money at a discount on the SP and sold to market straight away. This probably isn’t going to be the case with semnet shares. But who knows.
