I look at the register everyday looking for GS Fintech to come up because that will be when they get a FRN (firm reference number) and are onto the next stage which is authorisation application. The moment they apply through FCA connect system they will be given an FRN number and uploaded onto the register.

Yes they are on the register for payment activities, remittance and some other thing (a few more than Angra) and also have the abilities to carry out payment remittance services in Gibraltar but not MLR. I remember spending ages see if them being able to do remittance in Gibraltar meant anything but couldn’t find much.

EasySend Limited is authorized by FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and holds valid MLR registration.

It says they hold an MLR but I don’t read as with the FCA but I’ll find out Monday.

It’s wrong AHS if you look at the official register on the FCA page it doesn’t say they have MLR with them. I will call the FCA Monday and ask, they are pretty helpful.

Basically all businesses in finance need to have an MLR with HMRC if they are going to be a payment institution from what I’ve seen.

Yes I’ve seen that AHS but that’s the MLR with HMRC not FCA. Angra has the same, very very different from the MLR from the FCA which allows them to operate in the crypto world.

Or they can but they will quickly be put on the warning list as an unauthorised firm. But there are so many on that list I don’t think the FCA can actually do much about it. They upload 10-15 a day onto the warnings list and just warn people that these businesses aren’t authorised and you will have no help from the ombudsman

They can’t operate in the uk without a cryptoasset license from the FCA.

Have a look at paypal uk Ltd on the FCA register and you will see what I mean. They were the last people to get on the MLR register for crypto

Not for crypto assets and they aren’t showing MLR on the FCA register. They might have it with HMRC like Angra does but that isn’t even close to the level the FCA expect

So yes your right i think he is smart giving himself up to 9 months so he can get the best value for the business. I cant see him diluting the boards shares for the sole benefit of his wife. He will want to make sure the best value is met. I dont believe jack would be able to look mr goh in the face and say im diluting your shares now so my wife can get the most even though we know where this is going in the next 6 months.
