Well I have had it confirmed Angra fx website is getting an update next week. Not sure if that means much but guess we will wait and see. It’s only 2 weeks till the start of feb when we have been told semnet will hopefully be finalised, here’s to hoping it all falls into place all together and we get one mega RNS.

I wouldn’t be very professional as a pr company to say to your clients sorry I can’t send off your RNS with sensitive market information that is legally supposed to hit the market as soon as possible because someone is unwell. I personally don’t think that’s the case if I’m honest but who knows

Could be the acquisitions and ceo appointment, but we don’t know exactly when they will happen. We have only been given an idea on the semnet one. They are all clearly important to achieve what they need to in gs money, perhaps the FCA want to make sure they go ahead before agreeing for them to go to authorisation or sandbox. Personally if it was sandbox and I’m just speculating I think we would have heard something by now as there would be 6 months of testing and that would give them time to implement the acquisitions. But with authorisation I don’t think FCA would grant it on the hope an acquisition does indeed occur. Again just speculation there from my part

When I read this website which Angra hk limited have contracted I see a bit of GSTs plan. I think in the near future there will be an aquisition in the UAE. Looks like could be one of the last pieces of the puzzle

I have chanced my arm and issued an information request re the outcome of the innovations pathway with the FCA which I did a couple of days ago. Doubt they will give me anything but worth a shot.

Ence agree with websites needing updating. Lots of out of date information. Even on the official London stock exchange website they show ems as part of the business under GST description but it looks like they are addressing this with angrafx so maybe everything else is coming.

Although AHS I don’t know what your views are on this. Talking to someone yesterday re innovations pathway, perhaps they have finished it now and got all the regulatory help they needed, and now know they need perhaps Chris as CEO waiting for semnet and easy send to go through and then announce what they are deciding as a next step. As innovations pathway doesn’t actually end with a specific outcome it’s just a support function for 6 months to guide you to the next step. What do you think?

had this email from angra fx so ive read it as we no longer used our sister companies services but Angra HK limited is a sister company owned by a parent company that also owned angra. Just dont know if this is still the case but at least we know that they were now definitely linked or may still be linked.

the wording this has now been terminated sounds like it was recent but could be read in many ways.
