The FCA has come a long way under the new CEO since last year. I have posted a few times the statistics regarding their metrics on how many applications are completed within the required time frames and the average in most cases is over 90%. But again anything can happen with the FCA and they could have a big sickness issue again. However so far based on the Metrics they have presented the majority are processes within their timeframes.

Semnet is beginning or feb and FCA approvals should be end of Feb based on FCAs timelines. If I put FCA beginning of Feb apologies i was refering to Semnet

I’ll tell you what I would love to know. As part of the process of innovations pathways and also authorisation Gst will have needed to tell the FCA the sales forecasts for their products/service. I wonder what they see those numbers being.

We are past the beginning of feb which is when they said it will be. But depends what peoples views are on the ‘beginning’ of. For me it’s first week but some may view as anytime in H1 of the month which could be up to Thursday. Who knows, just a waiting game. I’m not particularly savvy with how aquisitions go in singapore and there is no data I can find like with the FCA re how often these aquisitions are done on time or delayed. The FCA are at the moment pretty good and I think we can rely on seeing a response from them around the end of this month.

There are no issues reported on the london stock exchange website so im putting it down to the calm before the storm.

It could very well be that they have finished and been handed straight to authorisation. It does say here that that could be the case, just speculation but maybe the FCA would see this as still part of the process so don’t have to disclose at this point. That would be exciting

Handy there are no exciting contents. The important bit is they acknowledged my request and that they know investors of GST want to know the outcome, so if there already was one then GSTs arm would have been forced if it was sensitive. Again nothing has been released so the process is still on going, which is excellent news. I specifically mentioned the date they announced it massive so if this was incorrect then the FCA would have specified it, they haven’t said it wasn’t incorrect.

I’m 150% more positive

But no announcement has been made so I’m assuming the process is ongoing which imho is only good news if I’m honest. If anything was bad we would have heard it by now.

Gstechnologies [..] announced last year that you offered them a place on innovations pathways at the end of june, through an application from their subsidiary GS Fintech LTD. It has now been over 6 months and they havent announced the outcome.

I would like to do an information request for this if at all possible as it appears they arent going to release the outcome and would like to know the details from the application

This is what I sent on the 16th of January. I worded it this way to poke the FCA into pushing GST IF they had received an outcome.

It’s the FCA AHS of all emails I’m not going to detail this will be the one hahah.

Even though there is nothing of major value content wise if GST were finished with the FCA innovations pathway and had market sensitive news. Now I’ve asked for information the FCA would tell them to release it imho after that response. But instead it tells me that they are still dealing with the FCA after 6 months and imho mean they have either extended the timeframe or something else is afoot that means nothing can be publicly announced yet.

I had a response on my information request from the FCA, I’m not allowed to post the contents but basically said yes Gst on innovations pathway as announced and they have more information but aren’t able to release it. We will have to wait and see but just by them answering the request is great and thankful to the FCA. For me it’s good news.

Not all sites show all exchanges I’ve found. Not seeing gs20 on most sites is what has lead me to believe it hasn’t fully launched to be honest. Either that or GST have chosen not to give its trading information out.

It can’t be, they would have done a trading update to show the massive increase in revenue. I’ve always said they wouldn’t be able to hide those sort of numbers.
