Clearly there is still building of stock and movement shares going on. The 10million offer from the other week is clear now, just a question now on whether these buyers have got all the stock they want now. According to 26th jan update almost 80% of the stock was held, there can’t possibly much left to buy!

Your right approvals take time, however we are dealing with a new FCA to previous years. They are either on time or earlier in their approval timelines for what we are waiting for by 95% of cases. Don’t know anything about semnet but we would have to be the unlucky ones to be late on all the timelines. But I am with you that I’m not going to guess anymore but why not one last time? Bring on Monday haha

Something is a foot and some people know judging but the extra 400million shares invested and now as of end of jan almost 80% of the shares held. Don’t know how many are in sticky hands but certainly massively reduces the free float for an explosion on news.

What’s interesting is the company had this information on the 26th jan but only released it today as this wasn’t the list yesterday. Maybe some TR1s coming soon, why would they not release this when they knew? Unless They requested it and only got it back yesterday but didn’t see any voting rights RNS

And also a note, a nominees is usually considered a group of investors so with Jim going completely im thinking its not lots of PIs as how likely is it that all these PIs leave at the same time? must have been part of a portfolio and yes transferred to another investment portfolio. Theres no way a load of PIs who dont know each other suddenly all at once thought lets sell. The story unfolds

I don’t think that suddenly a load of new pie have turned up from James brearley, I think it’s becoming part of thier portfolio as a growth stock. These numbers haven’t just increased by double just because of PIs. Very exciting on this front

And James brearley is new. They have 141millions shares that nominees account is owned by James brearly and sons limited and don’t turn over a lot so they clearly don’t deal with many people. They specialise in growth stocks, and some of the companies they are involved with have Malcolm groat our non executive directors on their boards. Honestly think with the lord as well we have seen a whole group of investors take a position. But again the sp has hardly moved. While I’m happy that there are so many new investors on board as it means something big must be around the corner. But to see the SP held for so long is incredibly frustrating.

And when you take into account Tone Goh and other under 5% holders your looking at almost 80% of the companies shares held. But again the SP is slightly down, Really think the FCA need to have a look because its a joke imho.

Its tells you plenty, two of the nominees on this listen are home to smaller groups of investors and the the Securites Nominees in particular has been dormant on companies house for quite some time and now suddenly have a massive holding of investors here since 14th November and building? To me the Doubling in investment isnt for no reason and the new nominees says a lot. There share price has not moved with all these extra investors, this tells me clearly the MMs have been holding the SP at this level to allow all these new investors in. To think all this investment has come in and the SP has hardly moved explains all to me now.

Mr garies has only sold 2mill and he works with Raph so clearly he see this as having legs, I’m sure now Raph had to sell to put into his business imho.

All the people on that list own 70% of the business, less the people under 5% you don’t see.

If none of the thought about selling imagine how much the SP would move on news.

this isnt a big broker service from what i have read so i dont think like with Hargreaves that there are a lot of investors in here. I think we have either some big holdings with some inviduals or some big firms. Just speculation but this is certainly a big development.

not sure what having this means but what are other people thoughts?

It’s not the company I’m asking and the FCA have to respond. But sometimes the way they respond can allow me to figure the answer out myself

We know that pretty much all their platforms are relying on a stablecoin/e token payment system model so they must be expecting something soon I’m hoping.

Well I did a couple more information requests from the FCA, if anyone wants info from them I’d fill out the form. Asked if GST have been given an extension on the invocations pathway or if they have completed it. I’ll find out in 3 weeks but the answer will let us know what the situation is. I have also asked if they have applied for authorisation as part of the pathway program as well. I advise all to send them your questions, they will respond.

I personally expected a small dip today, but it doesn’t bother me and research shows what’s coming. As with all shares when timelines exceed some people naturally feel nervous and perhaps worry. But the researches will know what is coming imho. Sometimes some shares can be tough to hold but I honestly think this one will shine above all others sooner than you know.
