hold on the faith, hold on to the shares... I don't know and no one knows what will happen, but I have the feeling that a rumour spread a few weeks ago by one of our friends around here could be true. This share is heading towards 0.69p.
-9.10p for today. I like that people are being very optimistic with this stock which will recover and turn profit once this global situation will finish IMO. Until then , hold tight.
The rights issue are underwritten by 3 banks. That means whatever is not bought or sold by shareholders will be bought by covered by them
the changes will take place Friday. I followed this company for a few months now, got some shares as well. As I researched about the recent dilution that already took place !!! (published in a prospectus that you can find on Hyve plc website section media ), the market cap will grow, but the share price will fluctuate according to the current situation, latest close being 123.9.
The money raised from this Rights Issue will be used to help maintain the companies status in this current global situation. If you bought shares after 28th of May this dilution does not affect you .
The new ordinary shared will add up to the diluted existing ones starting 12th of June. If you want to buy/sell your part from the RI you need to contact your broker, but it will figure starting the 12th.
Buy the new consolidated shares and everything will be alright. it will be another quotation after 11 June.
With 7 days left until the new discounted shares will be available on the market the question that arises is: how much will the New Ordinary Shares value on the market. I imagine that most of us are making assumptions on the Return of Investment that this company can provide after the Rights Issue will be targeted. A simple personal valuation and the reasons that back your opinion. GL all
"wakass5711" I think it depends on the number of shares under the RI bought by us. They are trying to raise some capital with this situation affecting their business. They postponed approx 47 of their 117 events offering this New Ordinary Shares at a discounted price, in the idea that they will be bought entirely and the share price could be in the correct relation with the new amount of ordinary shares. They clearly state in the Prospects that they are trying to raise the share price to something more realistic . That would be 1.20£ in my opinion. The right move is to buy the Shares! My opinion.
If you carefully read the prospectus from the link that i shared in an earlier post, you will see all the dates . from 28th of may the new shares will be available to buy until the 4th. After that the company will cease trading for a week. On the 12th of june they will start trading again under the new price of...God knows, hopefully more than 0.69p otherwise the discount will not have any effect. If i'm wrong correct me, guys.
Imo we should all buy a part or all of the rights issue that is available according to our old shares !
Ok so now it's really clear. For those who are still in doubt download the prospectus from
https://hyve.group/Media/News-Press?page=1 Rights Issue Section.
It is clearly stated that those who do not buy any of the New Consolidated Ordinary Shares will suffer immediate dilution of approx 69.2 % in interest of their Existing Ordinary Shares. So it is wiser to buy your pro-rata shares. End of story
That's not so bad isn't it wakass5711. I got 6800 shares so if they get divided by 10 (that's why price goes up x10) i will have a total amount of 680. For every 40 old shares i can buy 9 new ones at a discounted price of 0.69/share (the new price for 1 Hyve share being 1.27now at reopening). In my case 6800/40= 170
170 x 9 = 1530
I will have the opportunity to buy 1530 shares for 0.69/share , that's 1055.7 to invest, IF i want. Assuming that i take them i will have now 1530+680=2210 at 1.27£/share. If i don't take them i will still have 680 at 1.27£which is equal to 6800 at 12.70p . the question is....will the price be 1.27 at reopening? Where am i wrong in this, in previous comments i was reading 1£ price at reopening
Hi guys, anyone knows what this "they will start trading again means?" How long or what is the timeframe allocated for the new price under the RI to take action. From what i understand all our shares will be diluted in a smaller amount for this 0.69 price per share.
thank you
