A million shares bought in 10 mins after several days of very little activity.
SP of course just treading water.

Fascinating range. Hope very much to be at the wrong end of the range-but I wear the scars of long disappointments. Presume that all the 10p+ punters will be buying for all they are worth to “bank” a 35% profit within 6 weeks-but transaction volumes appear currently to be very subdued.

For those of us exercising patience (rather than finally giving up hope and taking , in my case a circa 25% haircut) it isn’t terribly comforting to see that the SP is at the same level as in 2013, and several times since.
Maybe in another 9 years it will have shown some growth-and I hope that I’m still alive to celebrate.

Nice move today. Now approaching 75% of where the SP should be.

I take GREAT comfort from seeing David Poutney and Nigel Wray each investing a further 1/2 a million pounds into this company. Poutney is on the board and wouldn’t be chucking half a million quid into the pot unless he is convinced that he will take several multiples more out one day.

Go SEE. As anticipated (never understand why) 7p seeming to be a barrier. Can’t wait for the day when the barrier will be 27p!

As one of several contributors who have bemoaned the lack of personal investment by SEE insiders, I’m personally more than delighted to see the FD investing his/related monies into the company at levels well below my average in-price-and gives me increased confidence (as he knows MUCH more than me!) that my several years patience may well one day (perhaps sooner rather than later) be rewarded.
I’m still confused, as clearly are others, by the apparent indecision of major manufacturers as legislation deadline dates draw ever closer- but common sense suggests that news flows, once they start will be like London buses!!

An outstanding TU which further confirms what many of us long standing investors already know! This is a top quality business operating in an exciting established growth area, managed by a superb team which has delivered on all it’s ambitious promises every since the business floated - and is well on its way to delivering EBIT approaching £200m in 2025. WHAT IS NOT TO LIKE-A LOT.
Agree with Scooby. Deserves a MAJOR re rate.

Hope that you are right Scooby-but there does seem to be persistent selling of the stock which continues to hold down the SP.
I too anticipate a very encouraging TU before the end of the month. Let’s hope that it encourages some of the sellers to at least hold-in which case new demand may indeed encourage a re rating of the shares which have suffered a quite unworthy fall in the last 18 months whilst the business has gone from strength to strength.

£1.50 SP this month? Fair chance in my opinion.

Great to see sustained meaningful buying by the CFO.
Depressing that days, weeks and months pass by without seeing announcements as to where many major car manufacturers around the world propose to source their DMS kit, despite the legislation implementation date getting closer and closer-but one can only imagine that the optimism within the company, and comments from motor industry followers, about SEE’s likely market share can not all be wrong??
In the meantime, suspect that (unless the CFO keeps buying hundreds of thousands of shares a day) the share price will at best bounce along under 7p-but that’s much better that flirting with dropping into the 5’s a few weeks ago.

I agree that Dowgate are often overly optimistic about the prospects of some of the companies that they cover. However IF (jury out in my opinion) this company can produce their product in high volumes in the US and China (some trepidation about the latter) it is perfectly obvious-without even knowing the extent of Covid on the 1.2bn (!!!) people in China, that there is an unsatisfied massive world wide demand for oxygen, and that Bell’s product appears to be an effective solution.
Seems certain that further funding of some sort will be required before the company gets to break even-and the SP suggests that the City is worried about a heavily discounted equity raise, but for the patient, more than an evens chance in my opinion that the SP will be many times multiple of today’s 39p-so with fingers crossed I’ve added more (to average down to circa 70p).

You may be right major-but the current chair gets over £100k pa (and appears to do sweet FA) and as the previous CEO got paid over a million a year, guess that the new woman will be on a very thick wedge whilst she bumbles along - so doubt that Hill would have cost anything like as much-even if it was to tell everybody what most people already know-that it’s a totally bust flush and should be sold off to somebody who has a clue what they are doing.

What is extraordinary to me (and I suspect many others) is why, when recently given the opportunity at an EGM, to bring in a chairman with a long successful pedigree in house agency-who one assumes would have quickly brought in similarly experienced people and modified the patently broken model, a majority of shareholders voted to carry on regardless-presumably until the clearly clueless current team burn through the remaining cash and then go belly up. The Bruce brothers took a huge pile of cash off the table-but for everyone else PB has been a total disaster.

I’m no expert but think that AC is probably correct and that insider dealing rules apply to all public markets-including AIM. However, as one of many who has bemoaned the lack of stock held by SEE directors, I too am pleased to see a A$100k purchase.

Shares in this company are very tightly held and I agree that if a suitable company can be found (logic would suggest that after 12 months of almost no IPO’s that there would be lots of successful private companies seeking a listing) the price could be quickly squeezed upwards. Otherwise, despite having a board that includes two very successful entrepreneurs and a respected City professional, there is no reason for the shares to rise much above 18/19p reflecting the cash on the balance sheet. Message must therefore be-FIND A DEAL!!

…….but in the meantime most of the 50,000+ share trades this week (which was supposed to be a time for good news to be published) have been sales not purchases and the SP has as a result continued to weaken. Disappointing.

Couldn’t agree more Concept. I have held shares in this company for several years during which time the company has grown impressively both organically and by well considered strategic acquisitions, most of which have been in the USA and all appear to have been quickly and effectively incorporated into the whole.
Quite why the rating on the shares has fallen quite so dramatically I have absolutely no idea, but believe that quality will out and continue to hold, having even added a few more during recent periods of serious weakness.
