There is no reason for this share to go up for a few weeks. We have had ex-div and the next dividend is not until June next year. As an income share there is no incentive for me to invest at this moment. If LGEN did quarterly dividends that would perk my interest. The final and interim are too close, then a long wait.

So if I put money into it now, it will basically do next to nothing, and maybe drop further when the budget is done and how we are all going to be taxed to the hilt.

I sold half prior to ex-div, and utilising that money to earn on other shares, then come back in later for the rise here.

Also done another top up at 125.30, lets see what Thursday brings, rain or sunshine?

Hoping for a decent set of interim results on Monday coming with a decent dividend. The icing on the cake would be watching those shorting it burn, Marshall Wace Llp.

Yes, the next oil spike will be on Middle East escalation, and I totally agree, that will be a selling point of around 25% of my portfolio. January/February were poor months so hopefully buy back those sold then, next year. That`s the plan, see how it pans out. The way the share has behaved today, you would not think we were trading Ex-Div.

Normally, Ex-Div is a great trading opportunity, which has greatly reduce over the past few quarters.

There is no day high of 850 on either LSE or investing.com 687.36 is the day high on Investing.com.

For a FTSE 100 company the JD investor diary is the worst I have come across. Most companies diaries have the dates set well in advance of the event.
