Looks like a base is forming around these numbers. This is capitulation stage, caused by a bar reset by the new CEO.

Hopefully now on an upward trajectory.

It is costing those shorting for the shares they loaned.

They will have to buyback at some stage. Those long have paid for their shares. Sheer desperation by the shorts to try and keep the price down.
