It seems deputy High Court Judge Richard Millet may be very busy atm. Currently appointed as council for Grenfell Tower inquiry. My understanding of events so far S&G still need to get shareholder approval to separate the UK division and hand over all rights to the hedge fund who have been "helping" them out. As far as I am aware no date has been set as yet for the SH vote. Delay tactics, agree and dont think they are waiting for an SFO result because that was against the old BoD/Comp so whatever happens with that (probably FA) what could be achieved. IMO the claim would be laughed at if it ever did go to Court

As someone else (on HC I think) put it "Sold as seen"...........If it were a car/building etc and 70 experts came and appraised it, took their fees and gave it the green light.........How could the buyer then justify a claim for their money back from the seller! Surely any claim should be against the so called experts. But where would you start with that one? Indemnty cover?? Did Anchorage know the claims were a dead duck all the long, have they hedged?
