It wont be long before we get some good news (IMO) they said the teaser for Jungle Book would be out by year end so that should drum up a bit of publicity at least. Dont know much about the foreign exchange side of things but its probably more to do with tax avoidance I think...........Who knows? Anyway as you say not one to really worry about, did lots of research a while back and all looks good to me.
