Hello me old mate, feeling very frustrated atm loads of stuff i want to do but cant because of ill health.............trust me to get a rare neurological disorder that only 1.5 people out of 3.5 mil get!! CIDP oh the irony it even sounds like a ticker lol. Never mind musnt grumble still alive and kicking and as they say (whoever they are) what doesnt kill you can only make you stronger. ACTA..........Not a lot of news coming from the bod atm, Im guessing after the IOW fiasco they will be reluctant to put anything out now unless its been signed sealed delivered (oh.... I forgot that was). SP and trades have been a bit odd this week and buying restrictions suggest something is going on behind the scenes? Hope all is going well with the you and the ickle one is not keeping you awake to much (:@)

Hi all, also noticed the restricted buying today?? MMs happy to buy reluctant/unable to sell many, they didnt move the bid/ask up though so imo they were maybe just filling an order, or an RNS is logged and they dont know what to expect so being cautious. Hi this is the last grant of options I can see from May 2009 at 10p and looks like they are due to run out end of May. Dont recall any being exercised (unless I have missed something) would need to compare figures from todays RNS and the one below. The SP would need to go above 10p by the end of this month for it to be worthwhile them taking the options up, otherwise they would be better off buying shares on the open market. Would be nice to see more short term confidence. Apologies if I have missed anything as I have just had a quick look. Acta S.p.A has recently launched its latest product, called Acta Power. The unit is aimed at the telecommunications backup power industry and is a combined electrolyser and fuel cell system designed for extended runtime without user intervention. Mounted in a standard 19” rack, the unit includes two 2 kW fuel cell units (from FutureE) and a 1 m3 water electrolysis unit; the first units are to be installed in Asia later this year. For extended runtime, the units can also be installed with rainwater harvesting technology and a 1,000 L water storage tank. In a reciprocal arrangement, FutureE also offer a similar solution using its fuel cells whereby it incorporates Acta’s electrolyser systems. Nice broker veiw............about time! Did you see ITM presentation today and the bigged up mention of IOW, it seems that the extent of their involvement is to provide two temporary refuelling units.................No mention of them supplying or trialling a domestic system??

Yes its a win win situation IMO. Also as an industry they all need to work with each other to some degree in order to get things moving.................ACTA have a cost effective clean energy solution and will want to use all avenues to get their product to market, Im glad they have not tied themselves to any one company with exclusive agreements.

Thanks for links, that report looks very interesting (will read it properly when I have more time). See what you mean about Acta competing with its partners and it could well be that they want to speed things up. Also we dont know what exclusive agreements FutureE already has in place with others. Note the requests were from customers and partners. Remember MBR..............commercial sales partner for south east Asia (Jan Rns) well that all ties in nicely now!! Looking forward to the live pesentation at 11.40 today (just hope the streaming works ok) I would think it will be mainly based around what Mr Bert already said in the following statement, looks like they are going to target this new product at the domestic market aswell...............so hopefully more news on that : )) Paolo Bert, Chief Executive of Acta, said: "We are excited about presenting this self-recharging fuel cell system at the Hannover Messe, which answers the most frequent and pressing requests that we receive from fuel cell back-up power customers.
