I was also initially peed off when reading the RNS yesterday and thought it could have been worded better with more detail, but after reading it a couple more times and thinking about things, from a legal stance it seems the BoD are keeping their cards close to their chest. If YLF do intend to go ahead with their claim against "the company" they will be watching every move and every word the BoD states and weighing up what they (YLF) can use in their claim/s.........and when to do it!! Im not from a legal background myself, this is only my opinion. It would be nice to hear from others who have some knowledge in that area. Come on Lord Howard don't be shy ; )

Looks like the BoD have had to do this split return in order to have the best chance of getting Court approval of some sort in November. Obviously they have been advised that the Court may have refused the full £1 return (how bad would that have looked) because of any impending litigation. I presume the 50m in escrow and the extra monies from the PSD sale cannot be officially accounted for as yet. Even though we all know YLF have little chance of success the Court would still have an obligation to see that enough funds were secured by the company in that event. Thats the way I see it from reading the RNS, no doubt we will have the usual suspects on here soon with very different viewpoints!
