Mayfield, thanks for sharing that. I'm always a bit weary of analyst reports but that one sounds fair to me. I vaguely remember a few years back the board made a few mistakes with some of their accounts and were crucified for it, hence now they feel the need to be overly careful and report everything to the market. Shame they have been crucified again for being honest!

jac1104, would not be insider dealing outside of a closed period. Regards CEO selling in July following exercising his share options, he has done this consistently for several years, this is not unusual for directors in most comps. One would need to go into the full history of the option prices and deadlines to work it all out but my guess is that his remaining holding will stand him at nothing and he will have made a few bob along the way.
