Its odd that they haven't had any official announcement from the BoD.......Well maybe not that odd as it goes! Re the escrow, I'm not sure they will want to hang about waiting for a court decision that could take years and cost them dearly if they lose, unless they are banking on doing some sort of deal. My thinking is if there was any out of court deal to be done it would already have been done with the current BoD who I believe were over this side of the pond just recently.

My theory is AEM, the BoD are waiting (as we are) to see how the S&G saga plays out........Imagine if WTG released some good news it would be like rubbing salt, also it would be like waving a flag implying we have plenty of assets worth going after. Obviously they have to report certain things but IMO they are intentionally keeping things as quiet as they can for now.

New CFO Dangerfield purchased 25000 shares (£47.5k) at a price of 190p on the 10th of March. Dont remember it reaching that price so he may have had to pay a premium to get them. This is a good sign things are improving when the Chief Financial Officer is putting his hand in his pocket so soon after being in the job.

It was a decent upgrade but they don't usually move things so swiftly which tends to make me think there could be something else in the mix. Your hunch about the Chinese buying the PM could be right on the mark, all depends how much for and on what terms. Could mean a chance the RI gets cancelled as it might not be needed after all unless for other reasons. Don't know much about Track, will have a gander later
