Extremely positive statement from Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, Lands Minister to Ghana Parliament. Also noted MIIF statement in Q2 results. Atlantic Lithium mentions discussions for MIIF Executive position to the Board of Atlantic Lithium. Truly a positive sign! Once ratification occurs MIIF will commit to their non binding agreement to honour their agreement. Really a case of digging deep holding until this milestone completes. Spodumene had a correction! Q4 2025 could be really interesting for Atlantic Lithium as historically that's bullish for lithium upstream miners.

Agreement with Piedmont.

Atlantic Lithium claims that Piedmont is liable to sole fund Development Costs under the Project Agreement.

Piedmont denies that it is liable to sole fund Development Costs at this time as the contractual preconditions in the Project Agreement for their sole funding obligation have, in their view, not been met.

On that basis, Piedmont has instead contributed *50% of those Development Costs claimed by the Company.

The balance of the Development Costs the Company has claimed from Piedmont (US$6.5m for the period from October 2023 to March 2025) is in dispute and remains outstanding. The Company remains engaged in discussions with Piedmont concerning these amounts and an established process exists within the Project Agreement for resolution including good faith negotiations and referral to *arbitration.
