We are still at the bottom end of a criminal lying short attack which has yet to unwind so way off fair value so a 20/30/40% premium to pre dusturbed is still way off and just won't cut it for exiting IIs and PIs.

An heavily over subscribed heavily analysed IPO valued it at 5 for a much smaller business
Peer valuation comparators put this min 3 up to 6
Recent analysts FT other put it 220 to 250 plus premium
170 "SIGNIFICANTLY UNDERVALUED" the business...what does significant mean?

What will he recommend? I'd be unhappy and say no and reject under 3.

What do the non rolling IIs think is fair value?

Interested in your view. Are charts the cause or the effect. Eg if someone did a chart looking back that said at on 60% of occasions every Tues when its raining the ftse jumps up then clearly there is no empirical link and may never happen going fwds but it becomes psychological and would people buy on that (akin to golden cross etc in the real world) and if it creates enough followers create a sustained belief of it being true or is there something deeper to it.

There is no way the offer can exploit the shorting fraud and rip us off. It must reflect fair value which is 250p+, not a premium to exoit the shorting scam and rip us off on fair value otherwise there will be a royal kick off like they haven't seen

There is a logic issue here on what exactly is the pre bid undisturbed price on which to base the premium on.

The simple answer would be 85p. However this has been highly distorted by a short attack which sits at 10% on a very small free float so should this not be normalised first to get to a value which is more fair and after a normalisation of the shorting situation....but what is that?

Normal conditions dont apply here but fair value methods are around 300p

Hence "170p seriously undervalues the business". A heavily shorted small free float has no bearing on the business value of the 90% of other shares. This is common knowledge and evidenced by every peer valuation.

The other institutions and moulding will/should clearly be of this view also
