I did warn people few days back to cancel stops. Seen this on so many news imminent stocks where a stop lightning crash happens. Then it goes back up. You come home from work content with a nice day then shock horror you've been stopped out and price is back up.

Stops can be just as dangerous as offering protection

The MMs will sometimes trigger a lighting crash just to trigger stops to create liquidity when there are no sellers to fill large buy orders. They make their money on churn so use all these tricks. A little fake news to a news agency at the same time and hey presto!

Thanks for summarising for us. Add in big holders <1% and its clear how little sell side liquid exists. If they all agree (unlikeky) moulding clearly short of the 75% he needs though if they were all on board so he doesn't have total control on this for the rolling IIs

Its also stated for the public record by the board that they, their advisors and the IIs aftee consultation with them agreed the same.

It's written down twice in an RNS (the R stands for regulatory!) and in the chairman's statement in the annual accounts all for the public record. Everyone can f###ing see it and read it. It's real.

THG have already made it very clear that 170p (there were other higher bids too) SIGNIFICANTLY undervalued the business as reiterated for the publicly documented record in the chairman's statement in the annual accounts. That was referring to a year ago for a smaller business higher cost base business facing heavy headwinds

Appollo and other potential bidders would not have even entered the room wasting their own and everyone's time and burning big fees if they weren't guided by this.

Some pretty thick people around who don't read and really should just stay well away from equities.

This is 300p. Mouldings 250 plus 20%. It would just no do if the rollers kept all the major prize, moulding especially....sold at 500 bought back at 300 sells again 1000+ in few years. Optics of that look awful for moulding as he is only one making real money at other investors expense

Hope chair really earns his money now and gets us 300p fir this. Even that's very cheap vs peers

None of us care less about the non disturbed price and I doubt the IIs use the tiny free gamed free float to value their holdings Its been fraudently suppressed from 250p. Its unsafe, invalid, meaningless. This isn't a highly liquid freely traded stock where that would be reliable

The EV, SOP and peers are only valid reference points

Shorts need your shares. New long speculators need your shares. There aren't many shares in.our hands. Free float supply is short. We are only at the price when a much worse bid came in last year and business far better shape. Look at chart fro. IpO to see how low this really is on a decent time horizon
