The 35% will be taken out. They will get the 1.5bn at 2.50to 300p. (Which MM has now deckared as true value) but it will have to be done legally as a bid for an MBO in like with the take over code. It can't be done via the back door at the currebnt low pirice on the open market. Look at hiw all his mates are all parked up just under threshold. You can see what's happening

My bet MBO all done by Sept with inner circle. Its the best outcome for us too
