You can see why moulding and the big IIs said no to apollo. 220p plus control was a bad offer for all. We should easily get there on our own steam then start talking premiums.

....but 250p means 1 times revenue pretty much never seen a deal that.low and no ers are anywhere near that low. 5 times seems mid to fair so the upside is mind boggling just to peer fair value

I do think the short attack has broken us from the reality of what per comparative fair value really is ( which is commonly used sound logic) and set expectations to the seriously low down side

What are everyone's thoughts on true value. Using peer comparators the numbers look ridiculous compared to now but they are real abd based on publicly available commonly used multiples vs peers so no reason to dispute them.

At very silly low end of 2 times abd 0.5bn dur ingenuity its 4.5 bn or 300p per share

At the mid end its 7bn or 460p per share

At the higher but totally justified multiple end I get 15bn or 1000p per share

All vs 1.2bn or 85p today

All these numbers can be logically justified using publicly avsliable peer comparatives fur businesses that coukd be seen as lesser in size, ebit generation and product, geographical and market share plans and delivery

Whichever lense you take on this 1.2bn or 85p is absolutely ridiculously cheap right now. It's the value play bargain of the whole FTSE

I don't want mine being given away for 250p fur sure!

There is no.deal.in.plsy at the.momemt so directors can.buy what they like. There will.always be approaches made.

We have been conditioned from.the short attack to think 250p is an ok price. I think its way off vs recent deals abd peer valuations. A case could easily be constructed at £7 merely based on peer values and recent deals.

Current multiples are based on today but with deals being landed potential whales partners coming on board and overseas geographical expansion going live there is growth to factor in ontop of cost base reductions tax losses and governance now in a strong place and a strong board

Ipo price would be base for me to get back too then let's start thinking about a deal. The base was far top.low when apollo bid and the premium norms would have not given fair value even at 220p

Sbb agree. We are on a climb and the momentum traders will be using a the indicators but given our liquidity comstraints that may be useless if we have an insider buying or a capital event given we are always getting expressions of interest to acquire

Business in best shape I've ever seen it and value gap probably biggest on the FTSE

My confidence I hut has never been higher and the sp is due an order of magnitude rerate. Just want it to get a shift on. 80p would have been a shocker a year ago when the business was no where near as good

Nobody is saying he isnt bad what we are saying if you read posts properly rather than always shouoting from the hip that in relative terms he's a russian moderate. Please go and do some reading on the Russian ultra nationalists who who could replace putin then come back with a more informed response instead of pointless shoot from the hip

Rock8 I'd read up a bit more on the ultra nationaliats and the leaders of Wagner then you might see there are alot worse than putin who would enact armagedon without a second thought

Be careful what you wish for the ultra cons who could replace putin have said they should nuke ukraine. He's actually a moderate within russia

A share buy bacck at minute is pointless where there is zero being divided out to reduce shareholder base on yet the pay something like 6% on debt

Agree but whete should they prioritise fcf. Id rather the debt capital gone as it must give an annual return of c. 6%
