I've no idea how they get to this has anyone seen a backup. They are saying repeatedly should be valued on sum of parts and so on that basis nutrition using the logic from their own rns should be 0.8m x 5 or 8 = 4bn to 6.4bn= 250p to 500p per share. To be clear this is from other recent deals quoted in their RNS. Plus they refer to 65p for ingenuity in past confirmed by apollo.valujng it (they are PE and low ball everything)

That leaves beauty even at lowest of low 2x that's 2.4bn or 260p per share. This however at fair value us akot higher than this.some peers at 11x!! That's 400p per share abd that's only using a mid range

So in a nutshell using their RNS logic and their strong advice for using sum.of parts valuation

If go more mid range on sum.of parts could go to 5 x in beauty or 6bn = 400p

Nutrition 500p

Beauty 160p

Ingenuity 65p

Total sum of parts = 725p absolute min at lowest multiplier levels based on their RNS. if go more mid on beauty its n person its 9.65 per share o sum of parts

They need to explain their logic as its flawed based on their own assumptions

I don't get it the kekso rns doesn't follow logic. In heir own RNS atated nutrition multiple comparatives they give alone they value it at 5.5 to 8bn plus beauty plus ingenuity. So nutrition 300p to 500p easy same again forr other 2. It's way above 225p more like 1000p on their own logic from their RNS!!!!!??????
