While the stated strategy is still to go for prem listing after the review I can't see the point of him ranting about an exchange he is still saying he is waiting to review a prem listing on. Makes no sense whatsoever amd an exchange 35% of his "fast money" investors are on

He is also suppressing the base price for a takeover bid premium which affects us. He doesn't seem to be making any effort with analyst briefings to.promote the share price

He has also taken an option off the table for him to grow on LSE which reduces options and vakue for his investors

That's my view also. After all his ranting if he fails to deliver this time then trust would be at an all time low and he would look a an babbling idiot blaming everyone and everything apart from his own inability to hit guidance and ve trusted. The new CFO would also look stupid on only his second outing and the new NEDs would look a waste of time.

1. Credibility of new CFO and board memenbers to prove they can now hit guidance no more shocks and disappintnent

2. Peers in beauty and nutrition delivering strong results on top.line

3. Numerous and high cost tailwinds

4. Make moulding look a tool.if he continually rants and yet he fails to be build trust in his guidance again

5. They re affirmed guidance at Q1 it can't change at Q2

I.really think q2 will smash it or its a major problem

As much as I disagree with moulding ranting on about LSE but not doing much more about it in terms of action for 2.5 years I think it gives us confidence in one thing....

I do want clarity on premium listing.

One repeatedly says he hates LSE he also states premium listing is being consideelred as his strategic objective after the review.

To me that's confusing as hell to only slate the your desire to assess doing something you hate
