Has all the appropriate interfaces to work. I assume the Snapdragon ADP being used is similar (or the same) as these ones.

DR, i found that whole thing very confusing. The fin year hasn't changed it's still end June each year.

There's more than one major holder than can block a takeover. And that other one refused a very decent premium a few years ago.
They've been part of SEE for a number of years. Know what the company is worth. Not one 'takeover' has been put to the shareholders, why the 'worry' now?

It certainly does appear that both SEE and Cenkos are keeping things under the radar for a while now. Time to let it go and i would hope on the next rns with money attached Cenkos will revise their discount figures. Whilst it may not be 10%, its certainly not 16%.
