LOL, shallwe! I am like everyone very disappointed in the fallout from fleet. It should have been obvious much earlier than it seemed or perhaps it was. Having said that the changes at board level and executive level are addressing this and the work continues. I did some basic sums in fleet and IF we can get circa 18k connections by year end thats a lot of Monthly revenue which just keeps growing. We seem to work on figures of $30 per connection but that is something proposed by Cenkos IF we sold out fleet in a CAT type deal. Which to date we haven't so the monthly unit connection could be a lot more. Auto is going really well. 2019 looks good. Values are undervalued by SEE so income should be much better. For example, FORD 50m is, according to Cenkos, is just around 3% of their total output. Merc is based on 5%. I get criticised for saying its about 2020. Thats my view and every now and again I check the chart to give me an overview of what we think we know. SEYE wins can be seen as well. But I prefer our part of the chart. So SEE sort out the money and lets get moving.

Totally agree - The next placing IIs - be they new or existing investors will want a nailed-on sight of what the future holds. Why else would they invest at say 5p when the last II fundraise is showing a loss for those that got involved.

JamesRobbo, have to agree that until revenue is sorted - which in the short term may be fundraise/strategic investor, the SP won't bounce as some want it to. So that leaves us with facts and potential.

Current FACTS about AUTO are that we should see money from the DMS wins starting in the FY 2020 which I assume is our financial year starting July 2019. This does tie in with the planned productions of the OEM models.

GM - 2020
Merc - 2020
Ford - 2020 Chip
Byton - 2019/20 Chip
FCA Chrysler - 2020 Chip
BMW - 2021

Current POTENTIAL of AUTO is - well we know there are RFQs to be decided this year and early next. How many and who SEE win - well that would be speculation. Japan has to declare, the 3rd Major European has to declare and various others around the world. As we get closer to 2020/21 when income will start to come in we would expect the SP to rise - to what - who knows. I think it would be wrong to try to guess the market on this one. I'm with Baxter when he said there was a very small sell this morning and the SP bid dropped - bit of games being played around the 5p mark for some reason.

Personally I don't think the market knows - perhaps until the FACT part of this equation starts producing - not that far away really. My opinion of course.

Thats a very good paper. The DMS has to be state of the art, reliable and always available. This is not describing convenience - it is describing safety...........

Some brief thoughts on safety vs. convenience feature sets for camera DMS & in-cabin sensors. Both are valid go-to-market strategies & OEMs will have different requirements for performance vs price. @seeingmachines focus on safety (developed from mining & fleet ops.) is clear.

If the trend continues at the current rate what would be the final value at end June? Personally I expect it to ramp up more but just curious.

Production for launch - This would tie in with the quote from Kevin in the Hansen report where he said.

"Over the past year or so Seeing Machines has booked DMS business with a second U.S. carmaker that will start shipping in mid-2020; a Chinese OEM going into production at the end of 2019; and two German OEMs going to production in 2019 and 2020."

So perhaps Mercedes is starting production in 2019 for a launch early 2020.

Xilinx Dynamic Function Exchange allows one FPGA to do driver ID, camera DMS and backup camera. Each function is mutually exclusive. Major cost savings to OEMs by using FPGAs. Pretty clear after today what OEMs have been waiting for.

Compromise Amendments GVSR do suggest link between camera DMS & accident safety recorder. Suggests need for high availability (>99%), real-time processing & ISO 26262 compliance. Camera DMS will be a safety (not a convenience) system in Europe.

Agree the amendment changed the "visual" wording and replaced it with what Seeingyou has posted.

But as I have said before OEMs know that coffee cups are old school and EuroNcap will require better before any legislation kicks in.

Advanced was passed but note in the amendment it states "all categories of motor vehicles"

Hard to know if the advanced went through.
