I woke up in the middle of the night with a thought I'd not considered before. What happens to DH's unpaid salaries? He was good enough to defer salary, however presumably execution of his estate will require this to be resolved?

This note from the latest accounts suggests amounts owed to directors is more than the cash held in the business. Presumably not all of it is DH's.
