i'm not so sure. There has been next to nothing volume wise at these levels, so if there is a big seller out there disposing of shares at less than IPO level 1. They must be a very patient individual 2. They must be very distressed I've sorted the trades by value and i cannot see a consistent block pattern emerging and if there is one, we are talking a few grand a day, which is nothing. IMO

all i can see is 100k sell 30k sell 41k buy and 100k buy, in the last 20 minutes. A Little bit of action at least!

what do you mean, the market is against me? Are you suggesting a speculative buy at 24p. Or not? Looking at the 1-year chart it seems 24p is a key area of resistance and support, n'est pas?

Not a holder here. But looking at the chart, if 24 breaks there will be a return to the 17p-18p region. Am I reading this right? Any reasons for it to hold?

is there a 'fee' to be charged, or can you attend under your own steam? If i could plan a trip to Milan to coincide with a site visit, i might well go.

Hi Obone, I don't want to sound like a know it all, but i don't really care what MMs take is on the introduction of some of these share to AIM. I just don't want him to do it! I suspect that introducing X million shares to AIM will not have a positive effect on the share price. One of the problems we suffer from is a lack of interest. If we compound that by allowing more shares to be traded it would be akin to self-harm! The argument about liquidity does work both ways and yes i do accept that, but as a large holder, I would like the share price to find a floor significant above today's price before he considers divvying out PVE share. Myself and other holders appreciate the work you have done thus far on behalf of the "little guy" and please do post any response you may get. I have asked a few questions via a different channel, so we will see!

As a significant holder-- i am concerned that the BOD will issue the shares not in free float to PV Energy holders. This would undermine any potential rise in the long term for the shares. The key issues for me are 1. No placings until at least 2019 and only on the basis of a probable and provable ROI [tick] 2. No increase in free float [not ticked] and 3. If 1 and 2 happen, can they give a divi to compensate?

No one is going to want a placing and MM knows it. Thus his comments saying this wouldn't happen recently. I would want to see the cashflow spent with more organic growth targeted first, maybe another well or two in the Po Valley. Big placings are not the way to increase a share price in my experience.

I think he did talk about divis at the launch, but me, i'd prefer him to develop more wells with the cash, not redistribute it at this stage. Hes going to make us a mid cap - he said as much in the last RNS. This will not happen if we just sit on the wells we have.

Indeed. I would like to see some accounts. What is the net profit margin and what are the G and A figures. The next quarter results will be great becuase we will get to the effects of new levels coming on tap from Bezzecca. I am guestimating at the revnue figures for a full year to be in the region of 2.5 million euros. I base this on a 30% uplift in Bezzeca figures and assuming we keep going on Solaro. Not including Saint Alberto. I have no idea what this will be netting us. Given the cap is about 6.5 million, then the ratio looks very good. However, time will tell if we can increase these revenue figures. There are lots of other gas plays in the Po Valley for instance. Can we take advantage.

Its very competitive kingcav. Its a very, very good price. This is as a result the composition of the Italian gas market.
