No, sorry thats not my question. My question is, because of PVEs stake in SRON being greater than 50%, can they avoid the need for a vote. Presumably, all those PVE shares carry equal voting rights? They will therefore vote en-mass to approve the deal?

A vote should be a formality, as PVE will simply block vote? An i correct in thinking they could by-pass the need for a circular?

No. The deal requires shareholder approval. They simply cannot switch our SRON holding into CORO without the publication of circular to shareholders outlining the deal and then subsequently, a vote. I would expect to get the details of the merger, before xmas, with a vote maybe start of Jan? I would also hope the get news on the SELVA drilling, as Obone points out, before re-entry. As pointed out in their RNS - around mid January we should here if the well is to be tested. If PVE strike, then we will be very well placed when it comes back.

Companies like UKOG have no cash and little chance of making any and we have great assets, loads of cash and I have lost 10% since wednesday. If i wanted a gamble i would have bought AST not SQZ! AIM really is strange and the best thing for SQZ is get a main listing. I wonder why we haven't done this?

I've added a few extra chips at 30p. I cannot honestly believe this sp. So many duff companies and this one is making sheds of cash and yet has a very very modest cap. The PE must be about 2 or 3 here?

These things happen, my friend! I sold a tranche last week (foolishly) and have just had to buy them back 10% higher. I was expecting a retrace to 26p. I feel now, that the 20s are behind us in terms of buying. I have also been looking at the liquidity and I have, like you, been unable to get a quote at times today. No one ever gets it right all the time.

I used HL. Keep trying. I just got some more through them.

Good to see them doing what they said they would do. I am pleased with the production figures for Bezzecca. I am also pleased that MM is stepping down. If the shares where not suspended, I am sure there would have been another uplift in the share price.

Joe - I think there's not much to discuss until we see what's in the circular. What are the offering us, exactly. It all seems rather opaque at the moment. I am determined, as a SRON holder, that we shouldn't be screwed over for the benefit of sound holders, who have a load of duff assets as I see it... PVE have some good stuff, additional SRON. For me, the deal with sound is more about getting the personnel on board...

Good to see Masterman sticking roughly to a projected timeline. It was already delayed and a further one would have been unforgivable. I suspect we'll get a Bezzecca production update shortly. While we are suspended its good they are still plugging away and not sitting around counting their money (well, its seems the PR folks are)
