Chaps, these guys [Akers et al.] are all great. But, what are they going to do with Kin? They only have another month or so to inform he market, and then they have to suspend the shares again. Risky?

I am expecting a circular sometime soon, containing voting instructions. Can anyone enlighten me when i can expect to receive this? I guess another call will be needed to Turner and Poop?

The deal with shell has a fixed price for the gas and we are limited by what the wells can produce, Shell will take all we can pump. So IMO, this will not help our bottom line, except in the long run. What will help the bottom line is Bezzecca 2 coming online!

We think it will be around the end of Jan, although it entirely depends on the mechanics of getting shareholder approval for the deal. I don't think there are many SRON holders that would vote against. In the case of SRON, it cannot be stopped because presumably the PVE shares would vote en mass for the deal...

I too was unable to attend the TPI event. However, from a SRON perspective the key issues were not discussed, so kinda pleased I didn't waste the rail fare. I sold up earlier. The value is here and I will be back. I just couldn't not book that level of profit at this stage in the deal.

Guys, just be careful here. The herd will arrive and this will get traded like a toy. Remember, most of us here have done our homework. We know what the asset is worth and the value here. It has now been unlocked. Don't give it away after doing the hard part [holding for so long].

My expectation is that within a week, it will settle at IRO 75p. That would give a cap of about 160 million, which would be fairish for now. When the deal comes through and cash starts coming in again, I would expect IRO of �1.20, or 300 million. I would hope that we could add to the folio, and not sit on the rest of the cash. Which would offer additional upside. My aspiration would then be mid 2017 for the possibility of a dividend timeline...

Good point, I was just looking at their revenues. Its sound like a ramp if you say this could be, say, 200 million cap on re-entry. I do like the fact they mention they're looking for more acquisition opportunities. :-)

Premier Oil has a cap of 370 million with about [roughly] double the level of production revenue. About half of that would be a good starting point as a fag packet guess. Say 185 million cap. Not sure what that would make the SP?

To be honest I am entirely comfortable with having cash tied up, I don't trade my shares heavily and see myself as a value person. I am expecting SRON to come back with at least at a read across of 7-8p ish? If we get another good quarter from Bezzecca [increased production] and all works out with the Sillaro field [first gas is expected H1 2018] then we could look a little more maybe, possibly a strike for PVE would cement this at a much higher SP. I wonder. Its very hard to say. I really want more info from the directors before I can play guess the share price.

Isn't this why we all bought these shares. We've know something like this was coming. I have to say, I am very new to the party, but there was no way Craven-Walker was going to sit on his hands. This is simply MEGA news!
