I am looking forward to next week, from Tuesday onwards each day could bring the RNS we are all hoping for. I am sure much has been happening behind the scenes at EUA under NDA's nothing can be said. In emails i think they have said as much as they can and the rare tweet with photos also done for reassurance. We will know our fate this week and I am sure the Directors will not let us down. It is sad that there are so many bitter people posting on here lets hope after Monday they disappear and let us bask in our glory that is EUA.

Well, High Noon is fast approaching, this time next week we will know our fate. I personally have great confidence in the Board. They have not built this up to what it has become to bring it crashing down. Looking on Twitter there are some great tweets about EUA and positives abound as to what EUA is all about. Good luck to all genuine holders who invested believing in the potential of EUA I am sure our reward awaits.

Nowhere has it been mentioned when WHI resigned. Would the non execs be associated with a company that deliberately screwed its shareholders? Would Directors who hold loads of shares in the company screw themselves? Would they allow employees etc to convert warrants? Would they give a detailed update at the end on April? Would they bother answering emails understanding shareholders frustration? Its interesting that they have given info on WK but nothing on MT the fact that Sinosteel loan has not been activated must infer MT is sold or nearly sold in my book but wtfdik. I am sure in the next week all will become clear us shareholders. The crap that has been posted on here is beyond belief. We will all know soon and I hope the idiots who spewed rubbish, who scaremongered etc will have the decency to admit they were wrong when the time comes.

Am I right in thinking that should they have no Nomad at the end of the month they could list on Nex instead? There would be no need to go private at all surely??

I think you will find price sensitive material has to be published as if the share was trading. I am pretty sure that is correct.

They have to state the consequences if no NOMAD is appointed. I think there is a lot going on here and losing our NOMAD has probably hindered things somewhat. I would also think that they are working like mad to get things sorted before 29th May, missing that target will have great consequences for the credibility as Directors plus they have too much skin here to lose.
