Well i average .0051 for EUA now up 4409.8% and possible buy out etc to come ..... in here with 3 milll at .00051 and from what is possbile who knows where this will go, rocket comes to mind. So yes sometimes it does happen. Right place at right time.

If you withdraw out it diminishes your 20k till zero. So you cant put fresh cash into it when you exhaust by withdrawing sales.

You can trade buy and sell as often as you like in an isa tax free. £20k this tax year to invest. Outside isa 12300 allowance before tax it really isnt rocket science.
