Well after leaving the board years back following shady goings on. He is now back for more of the same. He is now on the board paying himself a wage and employing an investment advisory company on commission that is his. Ohhh and investing investors money into his and his friends companies. Just business as usual for the Turkish barber shop of so called funds.

I think he’s safe with the likes of Seed. Nobody has heard of it and if it looks like another scandal is about to be revealed he will resign from this like he did the last time. But like you say Fatman, why does he even bother with these micro shares which are basically the share equivalent of a Turkish Barber shop.

What about Juvenescence Fatman? Jim has a large investment through himself and 2 of his companies. Also on the board. And has also received over £1m from Jim. Ahemm. Seed.

They have done this for over ten years. I can just see it now a RNS from Jim. He’s starting a new company making toys that have now gone out of fashion like loom bands ( Jim is always ten years late to trends ) and this is a new and exciting opportunity for Seed holders to get in at the start of a unicorn. From which shareholders will get all excited and get drawn in by. What it will really be is a dead company owned by a friend or a stupid plaything that Jim wouldn’t put his own cash in. So he just uses £3m from Seed. From that he gets his monthly wages from Seed and money to his own investment advisor company. Even after that if all else fails in Seed he’s made millions from it and the small amount he’s lost in the share value holding in seed, well over 50% of that can used against his profits

Because they are greedy and his other small companies are set up in the same way. Less than 20% of companies that Jim owns or is a substantial holder has increased in share price over a 5 year period. Remember Jim’s major money investments for him are currency deals. The rest are interests do him. Jim has a commanding holding here. Like his other companies he can decide where to invest the so called funds money. Basically using investors money instead of his own. Break this down to.

Jim could use the £3m cash to invest in CFG if it ends up looking like it’s about to fail, just like they did with Factom - it doesn’t cost jim a penny and yet it provide his company with cash. While Jim is busy providing his company with money he’s also getting paid by himself for doing this, also paying his company for the so called advice = all going into Jim’s pockets. He gave mates at Factom £5m, and several of the earlier companies were his or friends companies. Including the time he was here first time around before leaving with embarrassment, he has bought a couple of million pounds worth of FFWD/ SEED shares. He has also used in the region of £8m to £10m of this fund to invest in his own and that of his friends. So even if seed ends up at zero value he’s had many times his money back. This is set up to move money around it’s not a fund.

Poor Fella Old Ed,

For 5 years he kept telling shareholders he had inside information and couldn't buy, though I'm sure he really wanted too.....after the shares had dropped from 12p to 2p amazingly he wasn't inside anymore and bought some, he also had said in the past that he wouldn't give up these shares for 25p as the holdings were worth way more than that. Funny though he sold all his at 4p.......What on earth??? Is he just a confused man? or a scheming, liar, low life, fraudster???

Portage - was means to IPO as a unicorn around 8 years back. Now zero value.

Juvenescence Limited was due to IPO around 6 years back. Nothing but a plaything for Jim and Co. No true value

Inveniam was the result of lending £5m to friends when it was publicly listed as being finished. Also worthless

The remaining 3 will give them wages for another couple of years. Limited value.

Holders are still waiting for the promised £50 million IPO of Leap Gaming as promised by a director. Maybe he didn’t realise adding a zero to 5 was telling lies.

Overall. It’s been ran for many years to pay each other money and invest in each others companies. A total sh1 t show. It’s NAV has decreased in very year for over 10 years.

The only thing that this shows is they are just using investors cash to fund their own interests and that of their buddies……….Oh and they are burning over £800k in wages and expenses per year. Quite a chunk when you look at the ever diminishing cash pile. Seriously for a handful of shares and little to no buying or selling do they really need all their friends to join this sinking ship.

If you don't know the history of SEED, new name to cover up the shameful history of FFWD, which was also a name change of Kalua. Trying to cover their shameful history. Its a joke...you only have to look back 04/DEC/25 "The Company is finalising the appointment of an Adviser, having identified a highly experienced investment professional with a strong track record in the space". A few days later lo and behold they appoint a company on £20k a month and 15% of any profit......Oh its wholly owned by Jim Mellon, thats handy. Added his best mates to "strengthen" the board. Really you need more than a couple of people with a micro fund like this with only a few holdings and new investments or sales on average every couple of years.....WTF

This so called fund has been empty promises for over 10 years. In which time the NAV is lower than it was then. Proving this is the Turkish Barber Shop equivalent of a fund. It’s just a front for a way to transfer money to friends.

At todays value it would have been worth £225m to SEED. I won't even mention their biggest ever £5m investment to Factom a year after all the major shareholders had stated they had written their holdings of Factom down to zero.......after refusing to invest anymore. They had huge investments in Factom and SEED only had a hundred grand or so in it.......also not looking shady at all when they gave buddies £5m

This was uncovered by Jim's Nemesis at the time of the sale the ones you cant write on here. They had previously stated the holding was worth as much as £20m prior to the sale and then it was sold incredibly cheap as we know. They wrote an article, Jim got his team involved and had it redacted via Google and the courts. It was a well publicised article at the time. He said he thought it was a reasonable deal for shareholders....ahhahah...That tiny holding would be worth over £100million to Seed today

Jim is also well known for investing after trends have already passed and selling when trends are really moving ( though that was a discount to a cousin ). £20m worth of a company to Cousin for £400k. Nothing shady at all.

Jim Mellon and co are an absolute waste of time. I’ve traded this share many times over the years during the days of ramping and buying for no reason at all. Jim is on the board of dozens of companies. How many make profit for the shareholders??? Around 1 in 7 of his companies ever make a return for shareholders. They are set up to help each other. He joins the board, uses millions of pounds of investors cash to invest in their own or their friends companies. All the time receiving a wage for doing so. Jim’s companies are a bit fun for him He makes money on currency these days. He made money mainly in the start by buying shares off those who didn’t know better from third world countries. Jim is on the board of around 8 companies that are down over 90% over the last couple of years. These are just a way for them to move money around.

Though the chances of Jim actually making money here is slim. Jim is always investing in last years trends. Always too late to the table. He’s admitted that he can’t make money from shares these days gets his money From currency trading. Jim made the vast majority of his money at the very start of his career. Taking shares off people for a fraction of their worth as they didnt know any better. Since then his successful share based investments are around 1 in 6 making money as a share. They are his ‘interests’ as he calls them.

To spell it out. If Jim goes against his past history and actually increases NAV here say by 20% over the course of a year . That £2m increase will be reduced by £600k paid directly to Jim’s so called ai consulting company via performance bonus and monthly

fees. . These are set up to transfer money among the boys in the club. These are not to increase value to investors. Factor in the wages and fees that are currently set up and each increase of £2m will be reduced by £1m.

Charging Seed Up to £20k per month and 15% of any increase in NAV. Wholly owned by Jim Mellon. Jim can’t lose either way with wages and expenses etc. These are certainly not set up as a ‘real fund’ to increase value for investors. It’s a way to transfer huge amounts of money to your own or friends investments without it hurting your own pocket. Seed has for many years only provided money to their own or friends investments. £5 million to Factom to help friends out. No possible hope of a return. It was already finished as a company and yet a huge investment from Seed to their friends to help out. It wasn’t their money. They use investors money. Legalised laundering.
