Market cap is around double cash in the bank so defo undervalued. I assume people are sitting on the sidelines and my thoughts is this goes back to the AWS deal. I think people expected that to bring immediate benefit hence why the SP went to nearly 6 quid. It hasn't happened yet and i think thats why we got where we are. People say its because of debt, but then the debt position is better now in monetary terms than it was when the SP was nearly 6 quid

PATTS - too many fools on this forum think that share price going down means the company is going broke. People are too stupid to read the reports which show solid progress - Nurifool is one of them, Learning G isnt bright.

I get scared reading comments these days. People dont understand business and are just chasing shares where the price rises. They dont care about fundamentals and at some point they will get badly stung.

Because you are assuming the sp is business performance. The results were positive, recovery plan looks on track against the timelines the CEO committed to. I hear nothing of shareholders trying to remove CEO other than some fools on forums like this

Blu the problem with most people is they think share price is the same as business performance. Read the last update and tell me there wasn't a lot of progress with revenue down only 4 per cent amd licence sales up over 9 per cent

All that will be needed for that is either a good reduction in net debt, positive guidance for next year, rate of revenue decline has sped up or news on AWS partnership and what this means in the next year or 2. Any of that can be a catalyst here and we should find out more next month. If we dont get any of this in the update then god knows were this is going short term.

I think most people are expecting divi news but I doubt we will get it yet.

I'm concerned that they held revenue guidance at minus 7 percent I the last update despite better H1 performance so let's hope they were under selling it!

I doubt there will be a mention of dividend in the trade update. That normally comes with the results which is Feb or so. This is just the update which will give some high level info on where they expect results to land

Debt value is reducing year on year. This is what people seem to have missed.

% vs EBIDTA increased because MCR took some exceptional cost. They probably could have taken the cost in H2 which would have been better for share price at the time but probs a reason why they didnt do this.

Everyone is sure debt is the big problem but i don't think it is. Price was 5,85 at one point when debt was higher than where it was in results.

Slower revenue improvement than people expected / no AWS revenue / better opportunities to make quick money on other shares

Im not sure what is expected in terms of updates. They give the updates every few months, RNS when its warranted and rest is via the linkedin or twitter pages. They cant issue an RNS for everything as it needs to be based on something that will have a big impact on sp in either direction so how would you expect the comms to come through? Serious question as i do agree that you dont see much of what is happening so results can be a surprise.

Lol comparing a company with 700 mill cash to some of the biggest companies with the most used products in the world ....who probably have more cash in lost bank accounts than MCR.

Sure but patience is key here. Many shares like this and that doesn't mean its a bad company. I read the reports and news on NEX and I'm confident in time it will be good. If you are down here because you gambled instead of investing then blame your own poor decisions. I'm down ATM here but I'm sure it will be fine
