It’s well known that TB is experienced and skilled in turning a decent profit for himself. As Harry says, TB is invested at higher levels than this. Nothing is guaranteed, but when you consider the following -
TB is invested to a decent amount at a higher level.
Several Institutional investors holding a decent chunk. And they’ve stayed invested even down to this level.
Pension deficit reduced massively.
Company turned round from loss making to profit making.
Increased appetite for onshore products/production.
Energy costs hedged at favourable prices.
New staff coming onboard with new ideas and enthusiasm.
Low number of shares in issue.
Put it this way, I’d rather be in than out!!
The risk/reward here could be huge!
Evening Woodstock.
That is right. However, the trades that can’t be classified as a sell or buy aren’t counted in the totals on LSE. Whereas ADVFN does count them so gives a more accurate figure. For example, today, ADVFN volume shows nearly 2 million more than LSE.
Only recently found this discrepancy out myself.
After completion the company will no longer hold any property assets so nothing left to sell property wise. However, I think this has been the right strategy to follow. The cash created has allowed for a significant reduction in the pension deficit and provided working capital which will allow the company to push forward with its turnaround.
Great spot. Definitely seems to be more of a buzz around the company over the last couple of weeks. We’re still massively undervalued but I feel the very modest uptick recently will continue. There’s definitely something going on with the recent trading activity

Good spot. It all sounds very upbeat and positive. I’m still confident that the MC will reflect reality in the not too distant future. We just seem to be in a depressed state at the moment, which, based on the information coming out of the company, isn’t reflective of our true position and potential
