Could there be a link of some type on the cards, could it be a JV or even a buy out with a major after Hel1 valuable assets.

Both Helium one and ExxonMobil were guest speakers amongst other important Helium speakers at the Helium Super Summit in Texas only last month .

The speaker for ExxonMobil at the Summit was Abergail Thurston who in Nov 21 became the new Buisness Devopment Manager being promoted from the position of Manager of Helium, Co2 and LNG from 2019-21 .
On her Twitter account she loves talking about Helium.

ExxonMobil have focused to long at being a major oil explorer, but are now starting to wake up to the fact that they need to have greener credentials as well.
Only 6 months ago ExxonMobil sold a Polymers Buisness for $1.5 billion, in readiness to broaden their porfolio,posibley going greener.

Think about it, ExxonMobil being no1 Oil and gas company and Helium one having possibly the large Helium reserves in the world, they really do go hand in hand.

Could there be some type of deal to be made, a JV project, may be a buyout, is there a link?.

Only time will tell.

Totally agree, they are going to pull out all the stops this time round and do their upmost to get that discovery.

They have a lot more data, a better team in place, learned a lot from the last drill.
Lots going on in the background before the next RNS.

Last year He1 were so convinced that they a discovery was imminent that DM started looking at a major house move. He then had to call his wife to say it's all off and cancel looking at any more houses with what happen at Tai.
That's how convinced DM was in achieving that discovery.

This year He 1 are in a much better place.

Totally agree, lots going on behind the scenes, knowing He1 the next RNS will catch a lot of people out, and could be a lot bigger than what we're all expecting.

The current price of 11p a share represents a massive upside with little downside imho.

Unfortunately these days internet trolls are everywhere, they hate success and will do anything in the power to reverse the success.

He1 bb is no exception, as soon as the price took off a few days ago they came out of the woodwork, their was one in particular on this board who worked hard on his objectives.

They are usually lonely, sad people who are looking for a repsonce and that only adds fuel to their fire, the only way to deal with them is to either ignore them completely or filter them.

Over the coming weeks months, I'm sure they will be back.

Always read your veiws with lots of interest, you,like myself are very passionate with our holdings in He1, but sometimes the passion can get in the way and can then become overpowering to some other He1 holders. Please do not take this the wrong way though.

Today was a bad day on paper but it was an expected correction after some steep gains over the last week or so. Monday is another day and so is Tuesday etc.
One thing is for sure Helium one is at the start of their next exciting journey.
Todays price is irrelevant to people who believe in He1. This week has proved one thing, there are lots of interest in Helium 1 out there, and the gains can be massive ( even the losses) but this week was just a taste of what's to come.

Why would a company issue a RNS ( with Good news obviously) on a Friday. The news will be partly forgotten by Monday. The share wil probably drift a little tomorrow but wont cause a mass sell off as there is lots more news to come.

Very pleased to see where we are at the moment but the timing of this rise is unexpected, probably 4 to 6 weeks sooner than expected.
Something is brewing behind the scenes, probably very good news for He1.
Tomorrow I feel the share will retrace probably finishing around 5% less, this is where we all need to keep COOL HEADS.
Probably Monday or Tuesday , Rns with good news, probably seismic 2d results the share will then continue on an upward path going into February around 25p ( +/-5p).

I also feel the share price is being driven up on purpose in readiness for a share placing dont look at this as bad news, this might catch some people unaware, COOL HEADS again are needed, this shouldn't effect the share price to much as there is lots more positive news flow to follow shortly after the placing. All within a 6 to 8 week timeframe.
I have a large holding in He1 and have been in since Apr/May last year. Doubling up over the last two weeks.
This share will deliver for the doubters.
I must stress I do not have any insider knowledge and this is my opinion only.

If it is what you say, and I must say I agree with your sentiments, What do you thing the reason for the stock build up?
I can only think of two reasons,
a) Could it be someone with a lot of money ( middle east client comes to mind) buying purposely to raise the share price in readiness for more fundraising/ share placing for He1.
b) Someone in the know, knows something significant, and is building up their own personal wealth.

Of coarse It could be a combination of the two. Do you know of any other scenarios?.

The sleeping giant is waking up.

I think the reason(s) for the massive share price are:-

1) Was totally undervalued around the 6p to 8p mark.
2) Potential is massive, first round of aerial data confirms this.
3)Helium super summit in Dec has been a spring board and very beneficial to He1.
4) Seismic 2d data being anyalised is looking better than first thought.
5) D M looking and sounding very positive, the wording Discovery in 2022 he's used says a lot about their confidence that this is the year.
6) Drilling company with a MOU attached and a win win deal for both companies
7) He1 being a greener company, are on the radar of larger, posibley multi national companies.
8) Their other licences in Eyasi and Balangida aren't even mentioned, possibly these could be stand alone sites after the potential discovery in Rukwa later this year.

This is just my take on where we are, call it speculation, no inside trading, just my opinion.

A few months ago I asked the question on this bb why don't the directors buy shares in He1, a few posters disagreed with me and said, why should they, they have massive share options attached. I put my point over that it would send confidence to the market.
Coincidence not sure but the following week both D.M. and I.S .bought shares in He1, confirmed by a RNS anouncement, great but I was personally disappointed in the amounts they both bought .

My take on where we are and going forward.

2d data looking very positive, and on the strength of this data, He1 have struck an excellent deal/MOU with their preferred partner/company.

Next up the drilling which could start as early as June with a O&G rig going down to a depth of around 2600m or until they hit the top of a resovoir ( what ever comes first)
The possible deal could be 6 holes drilled @ 2 holes a month (June/July/August).
They will be targeting the mother of all discovery's and this will only apply to the Rukwa valley area. ( Balangida and Eyasi valley's not included).

The cost would be as follows, on the first 3 holes there would be no cost to He1, but the next 3 holes if required would be a 50/50 share of the cost. The cost per hole approx £3m.
The incentive for the dilling partner would be a share ( 10% +/-) share of the helium discovery.

I feel the agreement they strike will be some where along these lines, making it a win win for both parties.

Exiting times ahead for shore.
