Di, this new Opinions award is for new management only who ( I assume)started after the previous award dated 15-6-21 .
The previous award of 22p strike price stands for 2 years for upper management and the board.
It is purely an incentive given when a strike ( discovery) is announced and nothing to do with a lower potential as you say this time round.

This (13p) will only be awarded on a strike (discovery) to new management of He1.

What He1 mean by new management? can only assume joined in the last 12 months.

The number or type of drills is irrelevant in this announcement.

It's a good incentive to new management.

Looking at the RNS on Options Award for new employees,I cant see a problem and it is only awarded to new management only.

Conditions of payment of shares @s 13p over 3 years is on a strike only meaning, if a discovery is recorded.
If a discovery is recorded its irrelevant what the option price opption is.(ie. 13p or 22p).
Overall a good incentive for management of He1.

Todays RNSs are just general housekeeping, nesssesary and getting basics in order.

The next RNS will either be 2D seismic results or director buys, this is when it starts to get interesting.

Good Question.
I'm no expert in this area, but I would have thought that anyone who has a current licence has first refusal before the expiry date is due.
A major would not go down this path, their credibility is paramount.

As we are all waiting for the next news to drop, don't be surprised if we get one or two RNS s before March catching a few shorters out.

Market sentiment has been low over the last few weeks with He1 holding well.
Exciting times around the corner for He1 Holders.

I remember one poster by the name of petersfourtune last year who over invested here thinking it was all Rose's.
He panaked and sold when it was at its lowest price.
Really felt for him at the time, he was in a complete mess and needed some serious consoling on this bb.
Someone also posted something the other day regarding this.
Hope he is ok these days

Lesson for us all not to overinvest in something you cannot afford to loose.

I've often wondered the same regarding the shallow and deep drilling anouncement (s).
Personally I feel that if they are as sure as they can be with all the data on the SD this will be disclosed via RNS first. With a possible cash call shortly afterwards which will then enhance the number of larger drills from 1or 2 to around 3 to 5.
The timing for the RNS for the larger drill will be posibley be 2 weeks later for 2 drlls after some heavy bargaining or 3 to 5 with the extra cash.

Its building up to a very busy few weeks whatever He1 decides.
IMHO.

Don't take this as a trick question, two posters have already asked the question and yes we also know that your very passionate about He1 , but like others asked, were you invested in He1 first time round. I know about the same period you were into NCYT bigtime.
Curiosity is getting the better of me.

May I also say that your posts have improve in the last few days with less obvious ramping .

All shares regardless of them being on the FTSE 100 or even the Aim markets carry an element of risk. No such thing as risk free.

Many years ago I bought into Marconi thinking they where safe because they were a multi billion pound company, how wrong I was.

He1 is a unique play with absolutely massive potential, yes, it has been de-risked but there are no guarantees like with any other shares.

If you believe in some thing like myself, go for it otherwise you will regret later.

I totally believe that we have a great CEO who is more passionate than ever to succeed this time around. We all know hindsight is a wonderful thing don't we.

I feel it all depends on the shallow drill data that is ongoing, if the data looks good then I feel they will go for a chance of a discovery sometime in April with SD.
if it looks positive, this would be a good time during the drilling for a cash call.

It also depends on the 2d seismic and what deal they do with a mou rig provider which we should know within the next few weeks, so still plenty of news to come within the 4 months .

I must say that is probably the best He1 interview I've seen to date. Some very good questions and answers.
