I feel the chances of getting the rig are excellent, As I previously said this morning, its probably as good as almost done , should get a RNS confirming this by end of March.

It will be a massive positive combining the shallow and deep drilling with the same rig, from a cost and time perspective.

Totally agree with you, some people's defence mechanism kicking in and there is too much over thinking here, some shareholders have built their expectations up pre todays RNS and I guess it was disappointing for some and it's time for them to move on. Good luck to them, but others just get a kick out of deramping. Scum, very sad people with nothing else to do, I guess it's the sign of the times.

As we know nothing has changed with He1 and the upside here is massive with lots of news to come imminently that will enhance the SP going forward pre drill.

Some say the share price is going to be ...bla bla..but one thing is for sure, you can't put a price on Wisdom.

The RNS clearly says He1 are in advanced talks with a global drilling company.

DM said on Proactive investors approx a month ago that within the Q1 we will be able to announce, who when where and what we will be drilling.

Looking at both scenarios, I feel that He1 have already got the drilling company on board and it will be announced within the next two weeks.
Could be the reason for the share price hike a few weeks ago.

He1 will pull out all the stops to get that discovery in 2022.

They don't like wasting time or money, so for me, shallow drilling will be a big part of their drilling plan for phase 2. assuming the data backs this up.

The company will be balancing their options regarding their share price versus any mou and wil only committe at the right time for both parties.

He1 in phase 11 will either get a discovery or not, no if's or but's, sounds like you've chosen the latter even before they start.

I believe they will get that discovery.

You said in a recent post you will triple your holding when it gets to 6p are you really a share holder ?( I assume you are?, are you?, honest ?, uhm, sorry but I don't believe a word you say).

dia, thanks for sharing the Resolution points for tomorrow's ( Monday) AGM.

ITV, Hold tight my friend, something is brewing and it's not the coffee. The directors will give a buisness update to shareholders and answer any questions at the beginning of the AGM.

Porky, with resolution 5 it's now 50/50 wether an RNS will come out in the morning, but will be a very interesting day for he1 nevertheless.

AP. Resolution 5, as you say could be linked to a partner or JV.

Wether we get a RNS Monday morning or not is irrelevant as we have the AGM with an investor presentation at 16.00hrs.
He1 could be using the AGM as a veichle for the start of the News flow, so I certainly won't panic if there's no am. RNS.
Also coming to the end of the Q1, so, starting on Monday and the next two weeks news flow is going to be transformational for Helium one.

Copied that info regarding DM moving his family to Tanzania from the Total Market Solutions report dated 15/01/22.

In the same report it also says,.........".....this has got potential for an explosive share performance, far in excess in what the market is expecting .......".

Agree but still 100% very positive. very odd and gone very quite from the company all week but when DM has moved his family to Tanzania in January and DM says " it's going to be an explosive 12 months for the company's Helium project in Tanzania, the investment community can be confident this isn't a PR bluff or a hunch but a comment based on strong evidence.".... from TMS 15/01/22

Slightly surprised of no news flow this week like most shareholders, but this is He1 and they tend to do things when we least expect it.

He1 do what they say they are going to do, so lots of good news to come out starting next week, that's for sure.

He1 are a totally different animal this year learning from what went on last year.
From the over hype PR machine last year with DM on Twitter almost every week etc, right up to the mistakes they've learned from drilling.

Trying to put myself in the position of the He1 newsflow PR machine,( obviously they want the share price to reflect the true value of the company) then what I feel will happen is that there will be an big RNS on Monday morning with possibly a JV announced, then an AGM at 16.00hrs followed by more news flow during the rest of the week including many interviews. ,

All starting on Monday.

Balancing the way markets currently are versus He1 news imminent, this share on news flow will probably move 50%+.

If there is one share to be in at this moment in time its definitely He1.

Relax, take a paracetamol if need be, but nothing has changed regarding He1, everything they've said they have delivered on (except discovery, up until now) .

The markets were kind for He1 today considering the global fallout.

AGM on Monday 14th March.

Next week will be the start of news flow that He1 have been working towards during the last few months. I'm sure all the hard work which has now been done, He1 will now be ready to disclose this news to the market.

Sadly what is happening in Ukraine is a massive distraction to the markets but shouldn't stop He1 in their quest to get that first discovery.

Next week should be a very exciting week, pre AGM.

@ dia2belts, news imminent could flow in a number of ways, obviously a RNS is just one of them. I feel the first news flow will be from the new brokers with their analysis on why they've given a target price of 19p, this will be then backed up by a new newsletter before 10th March.
RNS's could come anytime with positive news.
