No one knows how this is going to play out ,inthevoid is passionate about that Houston company called ExxonMobil, and he was shot down many times.
I have shares in ExxonMobil and I do get a monthly news letters. They are passionate about going greener, and they were at the Helium summit in Dec.
Could there be a link? .Time will tell.

There are so many different ways this could pan out.

Assuming we get a discovery I'm all in favour of an offtake agreement ( similar to GGE) for a 80-20 split as the producer (He1 having 80%).
Hopefully the benchmark has now been set by GGE and hopefully He1 wil follow.

As noob previously said, a very good article regarding GrandGulf Energy ( GGE) with details and coastings of their maiden drill for helium in April.

After reading this article , I am now even more convinced that this is very achievable for He1 in getting that discovery.

First week of April starts a new tax year, usually this is a good time for equities. Could see a lift in He1 buying and transferring to 2022/23 ISA accounts.

We covered some ground in the last few hours on this board and it all started with dia and his excellent research on various Rigs.

We then for some reason went off track and covered wi- fi, washing machines, buses, houses, ( anything except He1) sorry I take responsibility for that, but maybe there is a lesson in that, it just goes to show how quick sentiment and news can change in a short period of time.

Let's see how next week pans out, could be a good one.

Last year DM and his wife were house hunting, and was swiftly cancelled when the drill failed. This was mentioned on a interview with a journalist talking to DM and documented.

Subconsciously, houses must have been on DMs mind at the AGM on Monday when he accidentally said house prices instead of helium prices.
Is Mr and Mrs DM looking for a house again, if so, is there good news around the corner?. ( or am I around the bend).

Did anyone pick up on DM accidentally saying during the AGM presentation " house prices" instead of helium prices, he quickly corrected himself. Thankfully he was clear when he said rig and not something else.

That bus you got on in the Isle of Wight, may I ask what colour was it?. Was it a Red & White or was it a Western Welsh?.

DM didn't say what make his w/machine was, hopefully he's more focused on rigs than wi-fi washing machines.

Sorry I was being slightly cynical about the wi-fi washing machine.

I you watch the AGM video , DM said his wife bought a wi-fi washing machine and it can be linked via a mobile, the data then uses helium via the cloud.

Jokes never come across the same on the internet as they would face to face.

With an allrounder like yourself you probably know that it's rare for a company to issue a positive RNS on a Friday esspecialy at 4pm.

There is probably more chance getting run over by a London bus in Wales than that happening.

There should be some confidence returning next week until that RNS comes through regarding a rig that we are all waiting for.

Some good posts on various rigs by the way, keep up the good detective work as noob called it.

Just been going through some recent info and videos of He1.

As a reminder, these notes/ bullet points were taken from two Proactive investors interviews with Katie and David. on 17/01 and 09/02/22.

17th Jan.
DM said we are hoping to release in the Q1, very exciting 2d seismic results in the northern parts of the Rukwa basin to the market place, hopefully also looking forward to be able to announce an mou with a rig provider. On what we are drilling, where, who we are drilling with and when we are drilling.

9th Feb
DM said,
1)By the end of this quarter we should be able to announce a mou with rig provider.
2)Exactly when rig will be on the ground for the 2022 drilling campaign.
3) What is hopefully going to be our discovery year in 2022.

Lack of news before and during the AGM has made some investors nervous.

You're either in one of the following camps, cynical camp or optimistic camp.
I guess the crucial words are 'should' and 'hopefully '.

Will DM end up having egg on his face?
Personally I don't think so.
I'm in the optimistic camp and bought more today.

Only time will tell.

Anyway, a readjustment yesterday due to high expectations that didn't materialise before or in Mondays RNS.
Like you happy to hold, we know that the ride is not one way.
He1 do things when people least expect it and those who sold yesterday will look back and kick themselves.

By the way wisdom is the word..........Norman Wisdom, good video looks like he might have had a dose of helium.

Good post.

I do know that the cost of an average container from USA to China in Sept was $6500.
Cost to Dar es Salem obviously will be less.
Some deramper said a rig would cost £1m to transport from USA to Tanzania which is totally inaccurate and a million miles from the truth.
To bring the rig and all equipment needed, as you rightly say approx 20/25 container's this cost can easily be negotiated in the overall price.
