I could be wrong but it is very unusual for a company to issue a positive RNS on a Friday.

What's not to like with Luceco, sound company good profits, now invested in EV charging points, bought in at 52p.
The only downside at the moment is their factory being in China, with a new stain of Covid and the connection of China being close to Russia.

This will rebound a little tomorrow after that big drop with a late RNS. Surely the company must have had an inclination Sold out completely last week but might buy back in, will see how it goes.

I know you have been very busy lately, don't tell anyone I told you but some investors need some confidence returned, is it possible to bring three RNS s out within say a two week period.
1)Director buys ..2) Confirmation of a rig and drilling contract.. 3) Confirmation of
seismic results.
I'm sure this will help, getting confidence back on track.

Not only MM's read this board but I'm sure He1 management do as well as DM didn't denigh this when asked by IS at the AGM.

Last August I said on this Board why don't directors put their hands in their pockets and buy shares in the company. What goes and happens, on 3rd Sep both DM and IS buy shares in He1.

Maybe they will buy more this to bring some confidence back.

Any MMs reading this, buy now at these low prices before you miss the boat.

I've spoke to soon, maybe they read this board hoping to get in cheaper.

Hands up I did say that about " when we get a 500k trade probably is the time when things are about to turn" but I must admit, I was thinking more of a buy than a sell. It's what it is, and it really basically comes down to do we trust He1 management to deliver. I'm still positive and the tide will turn shortly.

We are in a vacuum at the moment with the markets in general, on a downward trend and obviously the lack of a rig notification affecting confidence in He1.

We all know hindsight is a wonderful thing, but if the coin landed on the other side last year we could all be driving around in Ferrari's now.

This year we need a double header and we will be successful.

Will there be similarities in announcements this year in comparison to last years RNSs obviously with the exception of announcing a drilling contractor up to now, probubly due to completion of various testing/ data crunching carried out for phase 2 drilling.

( not all RNS's included).

20th Jan 21. Eysai Project Update.
10th March 21. Appointment of Cancacord as Joint Broker
22th March 21. Appointment of Drilling Contractor.
16th April 21. Placing and Subsciption to raise £10 million.
29th April 21. Mobilisation of Drill rig.

Phase 2 so far
21st Feb 22. Appointment of Liberuim as NOMAD and Joint Broker.
14th March 22. Rukwa Update.

This would suggest that the next RNS to drop will be confirmation of a rig, drilling contract, not rocket science I know but this could be imminent and massive.

I put my money on within the first two weeks of April /new tax year, new share Isa allowances.

Almost all trades today are smaller trades, this will naturally happen as most small investors are frustrated that there is no news.
News will happen, in March possibly, but after the RNS on Monday my money is now in early April.
If He1 didn't have the finances in place I wouldn't feel comfortable, but they do have finances in place so I feel comfortable with the situation.

When that first 500k trade comes in will probably be the time when things are about to turn.

Sorry forgot to mention, the RNS also states, " we have multiple rig options " I feel this is a critical statement rather than having no choice and take whatever rig is left.

Firstly excited when the RNS came through, having read the contents, I thought this is all old news, money in the bank as of 31st Dec, various different tests done and the current rig situation.

Overall I'm please we've had this RNS. What it is, is an update only, but the most important thing is they have once again confirmed that they are in advanced negotiations with a leading global drilling company and is committed to the provision of a rig solution for our 2022 drilling campaign.
This is good news and once again this news can come out anytime.

Much appreciated your comments on lithium batteries. Very interesting indeed.

I thought that the world, especially the UK was going down the desiel scandal scenario again but with Lithium batteries this time.

I think you have convinced me in this new power unit for cars, especially when you mention these batteries can last at least a million miles or 30 to 50 years use.

The range of these vehicles are improving with advancements, but need to improve further before they over take ( pun intended) their fuel like for like cars.

Over the moon with the new director announced this morning, and agree with you that this RNS will be followed by more very soon.

You seem more knowledgeable than myself in the lithium battery growth, the first lithium batteries used in Teslas and Nissans are coming to the end of their life cycle of between 10 and 12 years.

Do you or anyone know how these batteries will be recycled at the end of their life cycle.?.
Just curious with all the factories being built.
