Could we be joining forces with Noble Helium to become a larger Helium company with a lot more clout worldwide.

I to, think that saying looking for a rig is a red herring /delaying tactic or to byd more time in sorting out some type of deal. Interesting times ahead I'm sure.

Helium one are good at issuing a RNS when least expected.

That Rig looks excellent and has got Helium written all over it.

Having said that, it's best if we leave it up to the experts in He1 as they know all the parameters involved on the way to hopefully getting that virgin discovery.

A very good read, for a moment I thought I was reading the He1 update but nevertheless still some good points in their update.

One point is that Helium has become a critical commodity and the the price has increased 300% in the last 6 weeks alone.

Thankyou for sharing, a very good article, this artical basically sums up placings in a nutshell. Institutional investors win and the likes of us ordinary shareholders who have nominee accounts with a broker don't get a look in.

One of HE1 most significant shareholders is Hargreave Lansdown ( as of 28/6/21) with 19.68%. I assume that, that figure is private share holders only holding shares in HE1 within HL.

As with the previous share placing at 10p, if you own HE1 shares within the HL platform you will ( if or when it happens) again not be offered new shares as HL is classed as the significant shareholder.

For shareholders like myself and the majority of private investors today who buy and sell through a financial company such as HL, are not offered shares if an offer is announced, the reason for this as far as I understand is that the company you trade through is classed as a type of middle man.

Looking forward to the next week or so, did they really send a drilling expert to Houston to look at a rig on the day of the AGM? or have they something they are close to finalising with or without someone.

I didn't want to broadcast it but I keep my cash under the floorboards. Found a few 10 shilling notes also, The floorboards are now back in place, and they don't squeak anymore, so its a positive, they are well and truly nailed, reminds me about this investment called He1.

Probably dia also got nailed last night.

You say you've emptied the piggy- bank on He1, well I've had to get the floor boards up without making it to obvious too Mrs Latorre.

With dia enjoying a weissbreu white -brown beer last night, I assume its in readiness for the next RNS.

This will be a crucial month so hopeing for a prosperous and successful April.

Helium 3 (3HE) has been covered on this board before briefly.

Helium consists of 2 protons, 2 neutrons and 2 electrons with an atomic mass of 4, compared to Helium 3 (3He) which has only 2 protons and 1 neutron with an atomic mass of 3.
Its presence on Earth is rare, it is used in nuclear fusion research, and apparently it's abundant in the moons soil.

As far as finding other valuable minerals when drilling for helium would depend on the licences they have in place at the time.
Exploration companies have a pretty good idea of what's in the ground before starting.
Just image, ignoring say, gold ore and carrying on for that vital Helium discovery ?.

Wow, there is no stopping you, attention to detail is spot on, if He1 are spending as much time, and I'm sure they have been /or are, on finding a rig, as yourself then we will be in a safe place.

Whilst we are all in bed, your still doing your research, in this instance with drilling contractors and rigs.

As shareholders in the company we just need to trust them in getting this right, if it's big then it takes time, as DM said at the AGM, let the share chat boards take care of themselves, He1 will take care of itself.

I also have a gut feeling it will be the second week of April but that will be a four day trading week due to Easter.

Less money being invested in smaller companies at the mou, but new tax year isas kick in next week so will have a bearing on must have shares.

Going further I would say, a Monday but as you say my predictions are 100% spot on 50% of the time, therefor I'll need add a Tuesday as well, that will hopfully make my predictions 100% spot on.

We were all expecting a RNS pre AGM on 14 th March, expectations were high,as we know it didn't happen, and since the the SP has lost around 12%. which is not good but it could be a lot worse.

The AGM I thought was positive apart from the rig situation at the time.
A new director has come on board who has a wealth of experience.

During Jan, Feb and March there was an average of 6 RNSs per month, we are now in April and are now in the business month where things will start to happen.

One thing, I think we can all agree on, a RNS is due very soon, we just need to be Patient until it drops.

Be careful with this one, don't think we have reached the bottom yet, when we do there should be a big rebound.

Ok, no RNS today, to be honest I personally didn't expect one after the AGM on the 14th March,but there is more.?.......the first quarter in the tax year doesn't end until next week, so technically one could drop next week and it will still be the first quarter.

I personally think the second week of April.
